Drive thru for breakfast, 4 suasage egg and cheese biscuits, went home only egg and biscuits, went back work my receipt to get right, was told sorry. Asked for money back and they would not refund. Only wanted refund cause breakfast was now done for day. Told manager I was upset she said hand a blessed day!. They stole my money.
The food was good. The speed of service was decent. He told me a higher price at the drive-thru window than I was told at the speaker. I didn't get the $1 Baconator deal in the app even though I had him scan it. I asked why my discount didn't show on my receipt. He said that it won't show on the receipt. That doesn't sound right.
It does not matter what time I get there , the service is always horrible, super rude , cuts you off when you’re ordering, rushes you when you order (especially the women manager with black hair) & something is always missing from my bag. I will never go back ? I tried to wait and see if it would be better over time , but it only gets worse. Do NOT waste any time or money here.
