Our first trip ever to the Balkan Treat Box started with a very helpful server coming up to us at where you order and handing us the menus and helping us decide what to get. It really helped us with our order. We ordered 3 of the most popular dishes as well as some hummus to start. Everything was so good really a symphony of flavors! We were checked on by the staff several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and everyone was very nice and helpful! Highly recommend. Plenty of parking especially in the back of restaurant.

We went for an early dinner tonight and they were fantastic! This was our first time in the restaurant, but we’ve had them before at the soccer stadium. The food was amazing and the service from beginning to end was top notch. Everyone was friendly and you can tell they are passionate about the food! We even got to thank Loryn for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back! Shout out to Devin who gave some great recommendations!

Impeccable food, vibes, and service. I placed my order at 5:45, sat down at a table, got my food literally within a minute, ate, and left fully satisfied at 6:15! I love that each table has a basket with forks, knives, napkins, and moist towelettes. Great first experience! I ordered the #3 Spicy Chicken Döner (which came with kettle chips) and the #8 Sopska Salad. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu! ?
Parking: They have a free parking lot behind their building accessed via Old Orchard Ave. There are also plenty of street parking spots in the area. I arrived at 5:45 on a Friday evening and immediately found a spot in their lot.

So! It was full in the restaurant, as expected because the food was excellent. Sat outside with the homies, which was lovely. Service was quality, friendly folks abound. I've never indulged in Bosnian cuisine until this day, and I must say it kicked ass. Simple ingredients put together in a fascinating and creative way. Very quality food with ample veg options. Definitely check this place out!

Finally made it here! What a lively place with absolutely the best, most pleasant workers of anywhere I've been in many months (years?). Loved the sausages. Was only so-so on the eggplant, but my friend loved them and we both loved all the cabbage and sauce piled on the yummy bread with it. We will do our best to return. I want to try more of the offerings. So glad they are now open until 9 on Friday and Saturday.

It doesn’t get any better than this! A great local, fresh, and DELICIOUS place to eat. They really made their food dream come true and the passion reflects so much in their menu and ingredients. I’ve been here tens of times and the food is perfect every time.
