This is a great place overall!
Dessert presentation is out of this world
The food was very tasty and well prepared. Sandwiches were very good. Desserts were amazing. Would definitely go back.
The food is great, drinks are generous, staff friendly, and atmosphere inviting.
51 years ago at the old Cyrano's,we were engaged, ate at the newer one today, 50th anniversary, food, service,we're really great
Excellent food with good drink options.
I worked at the original Cyrano's on Delmar back in the 60s where the food and service was legendary. The new owners failed. We had dinner there this afternoon. The $16 double burger was dry, overcooked and flavorless - they refused to cook it rare. It was 4" high and too tall to eat so I had to take it apart to eat it. French fries were boring and barely warm. The spinach dip with tasteless crackers was blah. We had 9 at the table and shared -- nothing was better than average. The service was extremely slow. After 15 minutes I had to get a waitress to take our orders - waitresses standing around yakking, and the place wasn't even busy. I didn't have the guts to order a #68 to see if it was any good or not. Room acoustics loud and echoey. They got rid of the nice paintings and classical guitar music that was the warm, inviting hallmark of Cyrano's. The decor had the warmth of a snow pea. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 2.
Great food and service

A very nice, modest but upscale vibe, with decent service, very good food and beverage and enough parking for everyone in the place. We had a late breakfast (brunch) and were pleased at the food quality and price.

12/8/24 my family had a baby shower for my daughter in Cyrano’s event space. A colorful and beautiful space decorated for Christmas. We chose a plate served luncheon and each guest had 4 choices from the menu, fries, and the carrot cake. The food came out hot and fast. The vegetarian sandwich was delicious, goat cheese, avocado, tomato, spinach, roasted sweet peppers, cucumber, and onion on grilled bread, there was a party going on in my mouth! The curried chicken salad with grapes and walnuts, spectacular! The carrot cake was the perfect ending to a wonderful lunch! The best part was terrific service by Tanya and Nick. They made sure the food was served quickly and served many of the drinks even though there was a bar and coffee service set up! They were friendly, efficient, and did a terrific job! If you have a special event coming up this is the perfect place to host your event!

I've been super disappointed with my experience here recently. I'm usually very forgiving, and not one to complain, but the service is just not it. When I walked in last time, it took about 10 minutes of my party standing by the host stand for anyone to greet us. Multiple people walked past without acknowledging us at all. It was midafternoon- not very busy, maybe about 5-7 tables sat. It would have been nice for someone to just say "be with you in a minute" or something instead of just completely avoiding eye contact. It also should've been a red flag that the window was full of food with no one running it but I gave benefit of the doubt. After being sat, it took another 10-15 minutes for anyone to come up to us. Food/drinks took another 20+ minutes to reach us. The server never came back to check on us after delivering the food until we were past ready to leave. Nothing like "does everything look good?" or "is everything tasting ok?" even though the place had almost cleared out by then. I have an hour for lunch and we ended up being late getting back to work due to this whole experience. Usually an hour is plenty of time for me to eat lunch in a restaurant. Again, I hate to complain; I'm not usually like this. But this has been so disappointing, especially because the food here is so good. The server was nice and friendly, but the sense of urgency and customer efficiency is definitely lacking. Sorry

Family rating. Kids called it a 4.5 on experience and kids cheeseburger. Mom and dad called it a 3.5 on food (Reuben sandwich & tomato soup) and generally ok service. We'd go back if in the area, but it's not life changing.

Cleopatra Not worth it anymore. At $18 there were 2 strawberries and 2 banana slices. Key lime pie was served frozen. Yes, make in advance but thaw it before serving. Skip grilled cheese. French onion soup and pork sliders were both good.
