Double charged my card and refused to fix. Now I gotta go through a whole credit card process.
Pulled up to the window at 9:30. Witnessed the staff inside screwing around while multiple cars in the drive thru were honking at the window trying to get service. Once someone finally came to the window “all of the machines are broken so we can’t keep the ice cream cold”. Must be nice to have so much money that you don’t care that your employees are flat out not working and making up excuses to not have to do said work. 🙄🙄🙄
