Service and food is always good. Usually get the pretzel bites and crispy chicken salad bowl which is really good. Also get pup cups for my dog here.
Tonight a large group of children from the ages of 10 to 18 came to this location to celebrate the end of a 6 show weekend. There were about 30 kids and about 7 parents.
We were greeted with warmth and welcoming hospitality. We knew our orders were going to bombard the kitchen, and we hoped that they would not be annoyed with us. It was exactly the opposite the manager, and the staff continuously checked in with us and apologized for the long wait. But no one even noticed the wait time. Y’all had a place to sit down and connect with one another to celebrate closing night and we are super grateful.
Everyone got their food and ice cream and we left super happy. This location is so lucky to have so many hardworking teammates!

I ordered a cheeseburger and french fries. I asked what came on the cheeseburger and they said pickles, mustard, and ketchup. I asked for onions to be added to my cheeseburger. They told me it would be $ 0.80 to put onions on my cheeseburger.. What? Seriously? You’re going to charge me $.80 to put onions on my cheeseburger? I’m going to tell everybody how ridiculous this is and not to go there. Wow….

Typically don't leave reviews for fast food since I have such low expectations but first time here and it's cool clean and quiet. Staff was prompt and friendly. Food still taste the way I remember it.

I made an online order, arrived 15 minutes later to pick it up, stood in line to remind them that I needed my food. After 15 minutes, I only received cups for drinks. There is an uncommunicative girl at the checkout who doesn't care that you are late for work. Why do you accept online orders when I have to come and order the same thing again

This is the worst DQ location I’ve ever been to!! I love DQ and have such fond memories of DQ treats growing up. Today, I took my kids there for dinner and treats. The DQ employee served a blizzard to my kids and did the whole turn it upside down thing while I was helping my other children. Of course my son thinks this is a magic trick and tries it right away resulting in dropping the entire thing all over himself. I’m busy cleaning it up with no help from staff, just a million napkins wiping the table and floor. Then I ask if we could get and replacement and the rudest manager ever, Kayla, says “No, we didn’t drop it. Go buy another one. You need to watch your kids better.” I was horrified!!! The audacity and rudeness of that comment absolutely shocked me!! At every restaurant I’ve ever been to (including other DQ locations) if someone accidentally drops something before they eat a single bite then they replace it!!! Especially a small child who was simply mimicking what the employee did and not understanding that it wasn’t magic. Shame on you DQ!!! He was sobbing and the manager told me to go buy another one. She continued being nasty and rude the whole time we were there. Shame on you Kayla for ruining our summer treat!! Go work somewhere that does not involve customer service since you are such a rude and unhappy woman!

No seal on my uber eats delivery of my blizzard. tamper-evident packaging should be required. It went right in the trash, unfortunately!
