Tried one more time, this time got whole order wrong, blizzard mixed up size with flavor. Pretzels were cold. Worst place every.

Legit don't know why it is so hard to leave off ingredients as asked could not eat my food because the 2 things I asked to leave off were put on sloppily I might add. So thanks for ruining my lunch.

Been through at least 5 times at this point, always expecting it to maybe be better than the last time. Sadly it never seems to happen, my food is either always cold or steaming hot because it was pulled from the microwave 20 seconds before giving it to me. I understand that with fast food you're not getting gourmet, but why is the microwave used so frequently. Just a really frustrating experience every visit and I hope they will start to cook fresher. Not very hopeful anymore though.

Paying 14$ for a basket of frozen food is already wild, but getting fries that were obviously fried twice and tough chicken strips is just insane. And then they give you a stale whole piece of plain toast. Who eats plain toast?

I've been here 3-4 times at the drive-thru. Always a good experience, no wait, employees were very nice, food always good. This is my go-to ice-cream place.

I only visited to pickup a cake for my nephew. The employees were super helpful and wrote on the cake!

Its a nice location. The drive thru may be a tight squeeze but you came here for the ice cream right? You'll do anything for your ice cream. They raise prices often tho. Help out your local high schooler

When ordering, I requested the food be made cooked to order. Even told them I didn’t mind pulling up and waiting. When I arrived at the window about 60 seconds later, the order was already boxed at the window. I took it in good faith, but the chicken strips and fries were cold. I requested a refund explaining my special request and both the cashier and the blond female manager who processed the refund were extremely rude. They exchanged no words with me whatsoever. Just rolled their eyes and whispered to one another with the window open. The manager handed me the cash for my order (instead of processing a refund to my card original payment method), with no offer to remake the food, no apology, nothing. I feel that my experience would have been different if I was not from a minority ethnicity.
