I’ve been standing in line for 15 minutes and no one has spoken or said a word to me until, I asked for help. I always get this treatment on a daily occurrence from this business sadly. After I contacted the manager about the issues he didn’t show any remorse or attempt to emphasize as the staff continued to ignore me. This has been one of the worst encounters that I’ve had at a fast food restaurant by far and, I don’t look to ever returning again.

Food is good. But didn't appreciate the service. The girl this morning blatantly put the money on the counter rather than put it in my hand. And completely ignored my questions about product. If you are having a bad day don't take it out on customers.Just go to another establishment if you want good food.

5 stars this time because they had garlic bagels, the bagels of the gods. I usually don't make it in until later in the day. I always look forward to my wife's hair appointment in the morning so I can go and buy all the garlic bagels.

Einstein Bagels is the place to go for those who like a variety of bagel options. The service is quite quick and very helpful. Also, wow, fair pricing! 2 bagel sandwiches for 14 bucks? That's a steal. I enjoyed that there was indoor seating and outdoor seating. The vibe was good and I noticed that they have a crowd that continues to come back. The bagel sandwich we had, was smaller than the bagels from the other bagel shops we have attended. If there were more side options like a fruit cup I would've been quite overjoyed this morning. Anyways, all the best, will come back!

My son and I go here in Sunday mornings for a weekly bagel. The food and drink are first rate. There is a relaxed friendly atmosphere. And the staff and service are exceptional, as good or better than you'll find anywhere. I don't give 5 stars ever, but the Webster Groves Einstein gets 5 stars. Yes. The place is that good.

This is a nice place to get breakfast. The place looks empty and kind of depressing. It's a big open space it looked like it can sit lots of people but, its empty of people talking and laughing and enjoying the food.

I used to love coming here for good food & coffee, sitting at a table surrounded by neighbors, enjoying time with a book or iPad. It has literally been more than 2 years since shutdown ended and this store insists on remaining EMPTY of furniture!If management is going to continue to be so “concerned” then space tables 6 feet apart! But if you don’t want people to return to your store and buy your goods and become a neighborhood gathering place, then don’t.Please make up your mind whether you’re going to be part of our neighborhood again or not. And if not, move out, so someone else can move into that space and welcome us all back again.
