Late in life, I’ve discovered Imo’s Pizza. We get delivery from Imo’s quite a lot. Their chef salads are fantastic, their sandwiches are also very good, the pizzas are a St. Louis tradition, and their spaghetti Bolognese is one of the best kept secrets of St. Louis cuisine. Believe it or not, I’ve had their spaghetti Bolognese multiple times, and every single time it is served perfectly prepared “al dente”. The portion is larger enough. I usually just eat half and save the other half for later. Imo’s has been around a long time. I hope they continue to be a tradition in St. Louis.
Absolutely horrible customer service. My coworker literally just placed an order for deliver so I called right after her and all of a sudden they are not doing deliveries even though the delivery driver has to come to this location anyway. Y’all suck and service is horrible and I would never ever try to order from you ever again in this lifetime nor the next! Trash!!!!! Stay away. Hampton location is way better anyway.

This is just crazy. Never had a problem until tonight. For an order which is suppose to be simple for some reason has become difficult. I ordered 2 whole chef salads which includes meats cheese hard boiled eggs. I ordered both with extra cheese. This was a delivery order. First delivery, no meat cheese or egg, looked like side salads. Called gave apologies and said will remake and send out. Second delivery meat was included small amount of cheese (was suppose to be extra) no egg in either one of them. Called back, manager said she would make them herself. So waiting on a THIRD DELIVERY. I'm losing faith n this company. I mean, how difficult is it to make a salad right?

Just dont do it to yourself. There is way too much competetion to pick this one.
Their St. Louis style pizza is good, but has been reduced to conveyor-belt pizza. Appears to be premade crust. ( Not sure if it is, but it is a flat thin crust with hole punctures, unlike the bubbled crispy crust results you'd get from hand pulled). Minimum amounts of toppings. Salads made with minimum acceptable ingredients and effort. Side salads are precut iceberg lettuce with a bit if provel on top.
