Late in life, I’ve discovered Imo’s Pizza. We get delivery from Imo’s quite a lot. Their chef salads are fantastic, their sandwiches are also very good, the pizzas are a St. Louis tradition, and their spaghetti Bolognese is one of the best kept secrets of St. Louis cuisine. Their St. Louis style pizza is good, but has been reduced to conveyor-belt pizza. Appears to be premade crust. ( Not sure if it is, but it is a flat thin crust with hole punctures, unlike the bubbled crispy crust results you'd get from hand pulled). Minimum amounts of toppings. Salads made with minimum acceptable ingredients and effort. Side salads are precut iceberg lettuce with a bit if provel on top.

Passing through St Louis & wanted to try an Imo's based upon a former local's recommendation. Server was friendly & food was ready super quick - less than 10 minutes. Had a small pizza & cheesy bread & pleasantly surprised, nice flavor & crisp crust.
