We have been ordering from this location for years. Unfortunately to get food delivered takes an hour+ and we aren’t even a mile away. I work from home, so I order delivery to help me on days I can’t get away from my desk. The sandwiches always seem to have been pre-made and not to order, as we request for things we don’t want on it and there are always traces of those things on the sandwich. It’s just really gone downhill and the service is not great.

The staff at 1281 S Laclede Station Rd was not friendly or knowledgeable at all! They act like they were doing me a favor when I was spending my money. I don’t recommend this location at all!

Someone came into my job and brought $10 gift cards for every employee. My wife went to the location in Webster Groves and tried to use the cards and the staff was a bunch of morons. She was told there was no value on one card, the second card supposedly worked but the total on the register didn’t come down on her side, although the guy working the register said she still owed $6 and change. She asked him to run that card manually and he refused. It’s not like the gift cards were expired. They just brought them to us this week. Each card said $10. And why on earth did the employee making the sandwich hollow out the bread to make the sandwich. I’ve never seen this from any Jimmy John’s ever. And the manager wasn’t much better with her attitude. Please educate your employees to be kind and not a bunch of morons.

Walked in with six member family at 8:20 and ordered $75 worth of food. Shop closes at 9:00 pm. Our food was prepared promptly while we waited in a booth. When our food was ready it was put in a box and we were then told that the dining room was closed and we could not eat there. No sign. No notice before we ordered. Seemed not to understand/care why this was a problem. Customer service fail.
