Went there to get my nephew food and his hamburger was hard as a rock fries were cold. They also forgot to give me his drink and I called in about it and they told me I had to talk to the GM. I called the GM and he said there was nothing he could do because I didn't have the food, but I also had the receipt This place is garbage. I would never eat them. They're rude and they hand out old food.

I visit this Mcondalds often, but the lady at the first window who takes the orders never says hello or goodbye. She is African American and older. She usually works in the early mornings. I always make a point to greet her and saying thank you, but Im always ignored every single time. Basic customer service goes a long way. I hope she can be a bit more friendly or people will run away.

I only get food at the drive through, and I've only had good experiences. This is by far the best service in the Maplewood -Shrewsbury area. Everyone was very nice, no waiting for food. No complaints at all.
Curbside never available. Always slow,cold food,employees don't have a clue what's going on or where the correct food should be going. When visiting webster Groves, this is the closest around. Definitely drive to the next
