I frequent here more than id like to admit, but id like to give a special shout out to the black lady that wears the face mask who runs the drive thru. The past 2 years she has been nothing but incredibly kind and friendly.
This entire restaurant has really gone up in quality and service. All the other staff are incredibly kind whenever I come, and the one very rare time that my order was wrong, they were more than happy to correct it.
Shout out to the Webster Groves McDonald's staff. Yall are great!

The sandwiches are simply slopped together and look nothing like the pictures. I thought there was a law about false advertising, but what they serve is crushed, sloppy, and the meat is small for the bun compared to the photos on the app.

I don’t know Why but it’s written here that they open till 11pm but they usually close at 10:40 or even earlier. It's not the first time I've been in a hurry to get there before they close, but they tell me they're closed.

The food was cold and it look like they just threw the chicken sandwich in the bag the wrapping wasn’t even on. First time going here and my last!
Went there to get my nephew food and his hamburger was hard as a rock fries were cold. They also forgot to give me his drink and I called in about it and they told me I had to talk to the GM. I called the GM and he said there was nothing he could do because I didn't have the food, but I also had the receipt This place is garbage. I would never eat them. They're rude and they hand out old food.

Got called “sir” (which is fine, I’m a lady with short hair, it happens) but then when I told the guy he said “sure, buddy”. Kinda condescending. Also forgot a large fry that I payed for.
