This place is rediculous don’t waste your time. I’ve been numerous times and shorted each and every time. These folks Short staff and short ingredients. Tonight tried to stop in for a quick bite and wouldn’t u know at 9:40 staff says they are short staffed and closing, though I’d give it one last shot, mistake on my part!

Nice staff every time. However, the worst Diet Coke mix all the time! Watered down with no flavor. Hamburger buns are always stale. Sometimes fries are salted and other times they are not.

This is one of the best McDonalds in St. Louis and I don't say this lightly!! I have been to this McDonalds SEVERAL times. In fact, I go to this McDonalds almost each time I get off of work. This place is always well-ran, clean, the service is always quick, their staff is always nice, the food is always good, and everything about this McDonalds is kept neat. I actually live near a McDonalds, but instead of going to the McDonalds close to my house (because the McDonalds near my house is always a chaotic and ghetto mess), I always drive the little bit of distance to come to this McDonalds instead and it's worth it every time.

The bbq sauce taste like cornsyrup and appearently they put esspresso in the mocha milk shakes. My 4 yearold was bouncing off the walls. Absolutley ridiculous! Good location though. On the way home from my AA

I walked into this location around 7PM. There was one other customer in the store and all tables were dirty. I asked the manager if he would clean a table for us or make our order to go. He took the time to explain to me that they get a lot of school aged children which is why it is messy and opted to pack my food as a to go order instead of cleaning a table.Our food order arrived and the Quarter Pounders were dry and cold. I returned to the manager and told him. He informed me the food is made fresh and there shouldn't be a problem with it. I asked if we could just get a refund and he said yes. I walked around the corner and heard, "we are f***ing short staffed, what the f*** does he want us to do?" I told the manger I heard the conversation and them laughing about it and he proceeded to yell at me. I remained calm and told him I had been calm the whole time, he was the one who took an aggressive tone and raised his voice at me. He yelled at me again and then angrily issued a refund that didn't match our total (I was too afraid to tell him). I think he was a manager, his name was David.When David got wide eyed and yelled at me for reporting my burger was cold, I was alarmed enough I put my phone in my hand and honestly thought this might escalate and require a response from law enforcement; I was concerned for my safety due to his reaction. I cannot stress enough that I reported my issues with a calm demeanor, in a soft tone. There was a sign on the wall that said you can call 314-353-6454 for customer service issues. I called the number and got a message that, "Sorry the mailbox is full and there is not enough space to leave a message..."***FOR SAFETY REASONS*** I highly recommend staying away from this location. Since David mentioned all the "school kids" that dine in the restaurant - I would urge parents to not leave your children unattended at this location; the staff made me feel concerned for my safety and I am well into adulthood. I have never calmly reported issues to a store manager before with the result being the store manager yelling at me, the staff using profanity in my presence, and a flat-out refusal to correct any of the problems we reported.

My family and I went to McDonalds on Old Orchard St - in Webster Groves. We met a real-life cocaine bear. This big black guy who worked there was not only rude but extremely ignorant. We asked nicely for this guy named David to fill up our fries he had this crazy look in his eyes and told us it was a medium fry and that he wasn't going to put more fries in the box. I asked him what was the big deal. I asked him why should we beg for him to put more fried in the box.He had a very disturbing demeanor. He got really loud and started blurting out that if we wanted more fries we would have to pay for them. As if one ignorant comment wasn't enough! He rudely added that there were other McDonalds we could go to. We couldn't believe his obvious mentally deranged behavior. He is certainly a liability to McDonalds. He needs to be placed on medical leave to get help for his condition. He's going to meet another crazy bear like himself and watch the explosion between two crazy out-of-control bears. His behavior is very dark.

Absolutely gross on the inside. Atleast 10 flies swarming around and staff who skipped over dirty tables while cleaning. P.s, an updated interior design doesn’t cover up the filthiness.
