Payed for a Shaqaronni and this is what I received. Thanks for the basic pepperoni pizza. This has way less pep than any shaqaronni I've had.

This location is usually a let down. Ordered two pizzas today (both with extra sauce), one pizza looks decent as far as sauce portion goes, but for being “extra pepperoni”, it seems like they could be a bit more generous and even spread. The other pizza (still with extra sauce) looks and tastes almost bone dry. It’s usually hard to capture sauce portions in pictures, but they made it easy this time. Hard to order with this kind of inconsistency. You never know what’s going to show up.

Me and a Co worker ordered a pizza that came from this store and the driver was probably the worst I've ever seen like dude aggressively hands my pizza over gives me an angry look and storms out, shoot my recipe was straight up crumbled up. Ain't ordering from here. I'll stick with Fenton location moving forward

It's Papa, you know what you're getting. In this case, the pizza had a little too much sauce - extra sauce isn't really supposed to make the cheese float off the top of the pie, guys. Still tasted good though, and I like their stuffed crust.

I ordered a large cheese pizza and when I got home they had given me the wrong order. I tried to call but no one answered the phone. When I went back to the store to get the correct order they didn’t apologize and they didn’t offer any coupons or to compensate me for the mistake. Will not be ordering from here again or any Papa John’s. Th

Worker asked me if I could place my order on line because it would be $10 more if I ordered in the store. Totally not true. Then she asked if I wanted to leave a tip on the card. I told her no thanks and that was the last words I heard from her. She walked away and when I returned to get my pizza she laid it on the counter and walked away. Not a nice person. However I did go there last week and they were very kind. Hopefully it rubs off on the other lady
The lady who finally hung up the phone to ring me out was not very thrilled that she had to deal with a customer. Honestly though, the pizza wasn't bad.

I would highly recommend this pizza to anyone at any time. However, I must mention that the large sausage pizza with BBQ sauce was not to my liking. It tasted like the regular pizza with ordinary sauce. The smaller size allows you to taste the BBQ sauce, but the large one did not. Unfortunately, I had to discard it. Despite this, I highly recommend Papa John's Pizza.
Additionally, I must commend their exceptional customer service. Even when they appear tired, they always greet customers with a genuine smile, which is truly heartwarming.

We were at a kids bday party and we picked up 11 pizzas. Honestly my opinion of Pappa John's, it is just your regular generic pizza, the puzza chain restaurants to me all taste the same, dry and bland, although Dominoes has stepped it up on their spices.
