I ordered three Philly steak sandwiches. They were really not good! There was hardly no green peppers or onions at all on them. It was just the meat which was kind of dry. Maybe I should’ve asked for extra onions and extra peppers. It was very disappointing.

Ordered a cheese steak sandwich - found out when I got home the cook put a ladle of marinara sauce on it. Apparently this happens often. If this is legitimate sabotage, you might want to re-evaluate who is working for you.

Food is good. Staff were friendly enough. But the place needs a good solid cleaning and regular upkeep. The cooler is in rough shape on the outside which makes me question what's happening on the inside. There's ketchup slime goo coming out of the ketchup dispenser that doesn't happen overnight. The soda dispensers are gross. There's no signs of promos like daily deals or free cookie Tuesdays. I'll go to a different location from now on. Sucks, because I love PS!

My family and I love Penn Station, but lately, not so much. I ordered 3 sandwiches online and paid. When I got up there to pick up the food, there was an employee outside who told me they were closed. Nothing online about it and processed my card for almost $40. I told her they already charged my card for the order so will either need a refund, or my food. She was able to give me the refund after seeing my paid receipt, but this was honestly such a hassle, and not the first time it's happened, but it will be the last. I will no longer be ordering food from this particular establishment because of the aggravation I've experienced today, and also in the past. It's a great place to eat, when they are actually open. Location was at Watson and Laclede Station.

Will never be back workers not in uniform and not working order not ready they were all outside smoking and person who would not give their name says he was manager is very unprofessional and all staff very rude and offensive !! Never going back don’t want to fight workers to get a meal I’ll pass !!

Placed an order online. Arrived 10min after pick up time. Walked in to both workers sitting in lobbing on their phone (one not even in uniform) same work greeted me “what’s up with up” didn’t respond because how could i know you are a worker with street clothes on. Other worker never looked up from his phone.Order was not ready, ticket still sitting on printer.

The Staff here made this an Exceptional Food Experience. I should have gotten the gal at the initial counters name. Superior Customer Service that you honestly "rarely" find anymore. My food was fresh, hot & amazing. They were doing a "round-up" your bill to benefit Down Syndrome, which is close to my ❤️. Great Experience ! KUDOS TO THIS WONDERFUL STAFF !!

Me and my kids always go here after taekwondo. A few weeks back one of my kids lost her taekwondo belt. We came nack today and it happened that we left it there and they kept it all this time. People who worked here are always nice to us. You don't know what struggles they have personally it come along way being nice back.
