A pretty typical Smoothie King although they seem to close early on some days so I’m not sure their hours reflect their actual hours. I’ve even been here at times when they were supposed to be open and staff just decided to close early. That makes me worry that it’s not well managed. But the quality of the product is generally good and 50% of the time I’ve had pleasant service. There was one occasion where there was a group of us waiting in drive-through and the location was supposed to be open, but it was not, there was a long line on a Sunday for about 10 minutes. Then when the car pulled around, we waited another 5 to 7 minutes because the lights and Order board were both on. Only to realize they had closed early on a Sunday. So after having spent a chunk of our afternoon, waiting in line, I actually got out of the car and told the people behind us that they were closed. This is a pretty bad situation for management. You’ve lost a lot of customers by closing early or not updating your hours.

The employees aren't really in any kind of rush to take your order at the drive thru but my smoothie is always made right, tastes pretty

93 degrees outside. Tried to order in the drive through, and the lady said she’s only accepting online orders. Another guy walked inside to try and order and walked back out as she wasn’t accepting orders at the counter. I tried ordering online, and it said online ordering is not available at this time.

I never leave reviews, but have to after tonight’s smoothies. They were by far the worst smoothies I have ever paid for. They had no taste and were mainly ice my kids weren’t that bad but mine and my wife’s were u drinkable and I doubt there was any protein in it as well which is why we bought them. I’ve gone there multiple times to this location but last couple of times they were icy. Will not go back again to this location.
