Horrible rude employees. We came in at 730 for 2 simple wraps. Long haired guy was rude throwing lids and wouldn't talk to us the whole time. Then the as@h@/e turned the light off on us walking through the dining room at 740 when they close at 8pm. Evidently hates his job and takes it out on everyone else. Calling corporate to get sloppy meals replaced. Worth driving to another location in the furure.

Placing your order in advance for pickup at this location does nothing but extend your wait. It is chronically short staffed and with only a single person making sandwiches, there is no one to take care of walk in traffic while simultaneously, preparing preordered food. This is not isolated: it happens every time we patronize this location, our local Subway.Please address this with the owner/franchisee. It is frustrating to arrive for your food, only to realize it would have been faster if you had not ordered in advance. You must wait for the sandwich maker to get to your order, but they first address the needs of those in line.

This used to be my favorite sandwich shop and my favorite location. I ordered 1 to 3 times a week spending between $52 to $76 each time. Now they stopped carrying my favorite BLT sandwich! And there's really no way to build it in the DoorDash app and still be able to get double bacon. This store refuses to take special requests online so you're stuck - no customization. Plus I'm getting sick of how they put the mayonnaise down the middle so only every third bite you get mayonnaise. The rest of the sandwich is dry dry dry. Once again, you can't request this to be altered, unless you're there in person. I guess they have all the business they need and don't need mine. What a shame!

Bathrooms have been out of order for over a year. If you are going to charge $50 for 4 subs you should have a working bathroom.

Ordered online and paid digitally. On my end, it said the order went through and even processed through my bank. I went to the subway store and the store said that my order didn’t go through, so they wouldn’t give me the food. I tried to reorder on the app, but it said an order was being processed. I spent 30 minutes at the store trying to figure this out. The merchant was no help at all. The two employees just did their thing with no offer to assist me in figuring out what went wrong. That was the worst part, the lack of concern from the merchant. wasted my entire lunch period. I won’t be back!!!

I recently went here for a quick bite to eat and there was an extremely rude teenager working there by himself. My wife and I have underlying medical conditions that prevent us from wearing masks and he screamed at us upon sight. We tried to calmly explain to him our situation and that the county makes an exception in the mandate. Nothing fazed his rhetoric as he threatened us with the police. I think people have gotten a taste of authority and have gotten used to being able to shout orders and boss others around and don't want to let it go now that the country is reopening. His little power trip counted for jack as every other subway I have gone to didn't care one iota about masks.
