its weird that a place like this still exists; very 80's-90s looking. Bunch of "regulars" at the bar, nursing their beers. Guy told me he donated blood, in response to my AmericanRed Cross sweatshirt at ARC in 1977 like it was yesterday. I was going to tell him it was before my time, but I just backed away slowly instead. Food was blah, not worth the price; the bread had inedible old grease smeared on it, had to pitch it, chicken was ok, had chunks of grease stuck to pieces. I dont know how they can charge close to $20 for food that wouldnt "fly" at a local drive through. Dont think I will be returning here, ever! Clean bathroom though, and new TVs, thats about it.

The food was good. We had chili, an underwhelming turkey sandwich, and a wonderful brisket sandwich . The baked beans are unique and terrific.

Real nice place on the main Webster Groves Big Bend strip. I ordered the Pasta Con Broccoli. It was excellent, but more than I could eat at one sitting. The barmaid was very friendly and engaging. I thoroughly enjoyed having lunch there!

For the last few months I've been enjoying Weber's Front Row. In particular, their House Salad made with field greens and a variety of veggies, and chopped salami. Italian dressing. Today I was served a romaine salad drenched and soggy with dressing. It was 1/2 the size and I questioned whether it was a full or half portion. The bartender told me "full" I responded that it jjust didn't look at all the same and I've had it three times recently. He made no comment. After a couple of bites and moving the salad over to 1/2 the plate, I asked the waitress to see the menu and verified what should be in the salad. The bartender broke in and said he didnt have field greens today. Although the waitress apologized, I found the bartender abrupt. Our table continfused their meals, but my salad was not edible. Evidently, they must have noticed I didn't eat a bite so refunded me for the salad. We were also disappointed with the pricing. The food is why overpriced. My family member ordered chicken stripes and sweet potato fries and slaw for dessert. Ice tea. No refills, but the waitress didnt check on us anyway. $17.50, and the portions were average, $3.00 tea. Way, too expensive for what we had. Don't plan to return for a while.

We went to the one in Arnold tonight. My wife as a side got coleslaw with her meal. There was something in it and she showed the Waitress. She already had fries as a 2nd side so she asked if she could get a side salad instead of the slaw again. She was told would cost an extra $3. Now normally would be ok but this was replacing a side with something in it. Waitress never offered to get manager and my wife just declined a second side that her meal came with. I just find it frustrating that she was going to be charged extra for their mistake. Pretty terrible customer service.
