I ordered my food 30 minutes before arriving at the restaurant because I know it always takes a little longer. When I got there I was told it would take 30 more minutes, I waited and came back in and the food still wasn’t ready. The guy behind the counter was rude and unprofessional.

Oh Wingstop, how I despise you!
I placed an order for delivery through the Wingstop app. Didn’t get my food. I called, the manager on duty Kyrie was rude and unprofessional. He told me to come get my order, which was his first mistake. I ordered DELIVERY for a reason. He then told me that he could not get my order resent bc a third party, door dash, delivered my food. Then he said he could submit a request for a refund to his manager when he got there, but you are the manager of duty, like huh?? He interrupted while I was speaking. Lastly, he handed the phone off to his “manager” and asked for him to “handle” me, like I’m a child. We order Wingstop consistently from this location, NEVER AGAIN..

First time here waited one hour ten min while still waiting people were coming in and ordering asked 3 times and they still did not seem to care while other people were getting there food and leaving and I was still waiting then when my food was up did not give me my drinks and my food was cold all of it never recommend this location

Haven't tried a Wingstop before and the previous reviews had me nervous to try. Ordered online at 1:30 on a Sunday, showed up at pick up time and they had my order ready. Got the bone in Hot Honey chicken which was so good with the ranch and the fries were hot and seasoned well. The wings themselves had a satisfying crunch, well cooked. Wasn't even that hungry but ended up eating them all. Hope it will be the same when I return, a new favorite!

Three employees. One cooking, one watching the basketball game in the dining and I had to wait for the one who came from the very back from who knows where to take my order. Not a good start to my experience. As for the food it's cheaper than most wings but they are tiny. Pizza Hut has bigger wings.

Expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take your order plus more than a 30-minute wait even if they aren't busy. The wings are good. The service is horrible.

Overall the food isn’t bad here and the wait times aren’t as bad as most wing stops. I also don’t write many reviews in general but this really got me. The person taking our order Kia for one was very quiet and had her headphones in, barely listening to us and because of that we ordered a 10pc boneless by itself, and it comes with ranch or blue cheese. We said ranch. When the order came out there was no ranch. I then went to the counter to as Kia if I could get the ranch we ordered. She gave me a displeased look and charged me $1.68 for it even though it came with the meal. I reluctantly paid for it, ate, and left. This is disappointing because we’ve had nothing but good experiences with this location but this wasn’t.
Always reliable to serve and keep up as best they can. Chicken is FRESH, Fries are very rememberable with a touch of sugar& sometimes as fir them to be done an extra 30 second or crisper. However if Mahdi is there, he will serve you right!

The food is just not good at this specific location... Too much oil and not enough seasoning... Ordered two different rubs and couldn't tell which was which because there wasn't enough seasoning on them. Also, the fry seasoning is so hit or miss. Half the time there is no seasoning on them. ?? Trash.

I am mostly doing this review for a worker at this location. He’s the reason I’m giving this place 5 stars. I don’t come here often, but the times I did the cashier was extremely kind. He always greets anyone who walks in, even if he’s talking to a customer. He handles situations under pressure very well and keeps his composure. He is just a sweet soul. I feel like anyone would want his patience because there are many customers who give him a bad time and he is still so very kind! I feel terrible I forgot his name, but he tends to work the evening shifts, and he’s tall. He deserves a raise!
