They require you to order online. You can't walk in and place and pay for your order. We sat in the restaurant and placed our order on the app, and waited about 15 minutes to get our food. If I had known about the policy, I would have placed my order before driving to the store. On a positive note, the app was easy to use, and we didn't mind the wait. Our food was great and obviously fresh since we waited while it was being prepared. Would definitely go back.

I always place delivery order and it takes at least two hours to arrive. Plus as of today nothing yet and their phone number says the phone number is not in my area? Poor service just don’t waist your money here!

Every time I go here I show up when my order is supposed to be ready. I wait around for anywhere from a minimum of 5 minutes (yes 5 is the minimum) and 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that I am there. Then every time they haven’t even started my order. I know I shouldn’t go but every year or so I hope things have changed. They never do. For those doing the math you are correct that to pick up food from here it can be anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half with 30-60 minutes waiting around in the store. It’s a shame there are all terrible options in the area and little to choose from. But I won’t forget this time. Next time I’m better off going to the farm and killing a chicken before processing it and breading and deep frying it at home. Also making superior sauces from scratch with the spare time. Much much faster. Deleting app now.

Gave me the wrong size cups, my daughter’s meal wasn’t in the bags(found out once I got home). Felt rushed to choose and make my drinks while the same girl from the register waited in line to get herself a drink. Usually good service and experience.
