I've worked close to this location for years now. Recently I've been visiting more as options in the area have closed down and I've taken a liking to some of the newer Blizzards.
Three times in the last few months I've been told I won't be sold a Blizzard. I ask if they're short on ingredients, because hey, I'm flexible. No we have them. Is the machine broken? No, it works, they just won't sell me a Blizzard. I'm not coming in anywhere near close (i mean id understand that) In fact, I was just told I wouldn't be sold a Blizzard at 1230 pm today. Machine works, they have the stuff to make it, they just weren't going to. In other instances I've asked to have the ice cream included with the meal deal upgraded to a Blizzard. I'll point to the menu where it says upgrade to a Blizzars for (whatever it is, one or two dollars) and get told no.
No point coming back if Dairy Queen just randomly decides to not sell a staple menu item to me every now and then.

I went inside to order and stood at the register for a couple minutes waiting for something to happen. Multiple employees looked over at me but I was never acknowledged and nobody came up to take my order.
Cream of ice.
Visit this location often. The staff are very kind and helpful every time I'm there. They do get behind on orders when it's busy but that is more a symptom of being understaffed and poor management. The employees who work at the location do an excellent job for what they are dealing with. Highly recommend

Issue with cross contamination and/or improper preparation of order. We ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake blizzard in the drive through. While eating the blizzard at home I tasted peanut. I have a peanut allergy so I immediately spit it out. After digging through the blizzard I found more pieces of what was either Reese’s peanut butter cups or butterfinger. While I understand I order here at my own risk with a peanut allergy, I would hope the owners and staff would be going above and beyond to prevent this type of cross contamination, but this shows they were not. This situation could have been much worse had this happened to a small child with an allergy that did not recognize the peanut butter in their ice cream.

I spent $8.25 for a Blizzard, and it wasn't even filled to the top. There was about an inch left. The good news, it was that much less calories . I'll go to the one on Mid Rivers Dr. They do a better job.

I waited for about 5 minutes until the cashier decided to finally come. She saw us walking in and then went straight in into back area. Next she started doing something with the bags. She even looked at us while doing it. I started to make a face and look at my watch when she finally came to take our order. After I got my family's order, mine was wrong. I looked at my ticket and she did everything correctly. I spoke to another employee and explained to her what happened. She was very nice and apologetic. When she told the employee in the back that she needed a remake, he yelled back did it say plain on the ticket? The employee said said then turned to me and said well if it her order was right she wouldn't even be up here. I was about to say something to that rude employee but I didn't. That same employee brought my food out herself and made sure it was correct. Again she apologized and said have a great day. I'm assuming she was the manager. Everytime I go to a Dairy Queen, my order is ALWAYS wrong! This is the last time I'm going to DQ.

Food was room temperature, bun was just out of the refrigerator cold, cheese was not melted in the least bit, and as always, too much mustard. All but two tables needed to be wiped down. Get it together

Weekend service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a Dairy Queen. We go during the week coming home from gymnastics, and order the same thing. 2 for 5 sundaes, a snickers blizzard, and 2 for 5 cheeseburgers.
On Friday evening, I was told there was an 0.89 cent charge for the sundaes. Three days earlier, this was not the case. I told the cashier this and they didn’t have an answer.
When I was handed my food. The sundaes were not in bags, or a holder, and the blizzard didn’t even have a lid on it. It did have a spoon… which is the first time that’s ever happened.
The portions I paid 0.89 cents extra for were pathetic. I don’t think we will be visiting this location again on the weekend.
