This place is always amazing. We don't get too go ofter because we live in Illinois and it's a bit far but for special occasions (the in-laws 50th wedding anniversary) With people who've been going to a version of this place since the 70's it's completely worth every penny.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and ease of access. Inside is a bit small, but I'm sure the amazing staff would make it work.

First time at this restaurant. Service was a little slow at first but ended up ok. I am originally from Dellwood (the first home of Arcobasso’s. I thought I was back in Dellwood tonight . Bought some of the house salad dressing to take home.

Great food, no service whatsoever. I get service everywhere has declined. Aren't we all tired of this mediocrity.

Food was good - so understaffed it was ridiculous.
2 servers for anywhere from 8-12 tables 3 of which were 6+. No refill, no bread with salad, had to ask for everything - line of people at the door just standing waiting to be seated. 5 people at the bar / so the bartender was not busy at all, and she never tried to help one time with anything.
Felt sorry for the 2 servers. And the tables where the people left after their meal the dishes were still on because they didn’t have time to tend to them.
When I sat down at my table, the chair was covered in pencil shavings, and they were all over the floor
Disappointed to say the least. There are so many places to choose from.

Great food as usual, service same as anywhere these days..no worse or better...but certainly worth the visit. People need to keep in mind how difficult it can be running a business in a time where good employees are hard to find, and that is a problem every where.. including the places the people work who leave these cry baby reviews...my hats off to tony for the job being done in a tough environment...we will be back

Food was fantastic! Our party had pizza, beef tenderloin, pork chops, salmon, chicken Concetta and chicken parmesan - it was all great as were the pasta and salad sides.
The so-so review was due to the service. We only saw our server twice - when she took our drink and then our meal order. Food was served very piecemeal with 2 of us waiting 20 minutes while everyone else was eating or finished eating. Sides would show up for everyone randomly after most entrees were done.
It was probably just an off night for the servers last night as it wasn't crowded when we arrived around 500.

My husband, myself & our 2 daughters came here by happenstance tonight (5.17) for the first time. First 5-star is because our waitress, Peyton was so sweet and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing! I had the pasta con broccoli & added mushrooms, my husband had the tenderloin Juliette with white pasta and we both had the dinner salad with house dressing. My daughters had a kids cheeseburger & fettuccine. The food was a 10-star. I highly recommend & we’ll be back for sure!

Service was slow after being seated and 30 minutes wait for our main course. Seafood ravioli was not fresh, pasta was gummy.

This was by far one if the worst restaurant experiences we have had. After being seated a waitress finally came to the table about 20 minutes later and apologized she didn't know our table was hers. We got half our drinks and finally asked the hostess for help which she ignored. There were people seated a half hour after us and were done eating before we got our food. We had to keep asking for things that were forgotten then 10 to 15 minutes later the waitress would come back still forgetting things. Never got coffee we ordered. We ended up being the only table in our section and it was freezing. We asked if they could turn on the heat and she said no. When our food finally came my soup was barely room temperature. As a former waitress and restaurant owner I really try to be patient and understanding but after 2 1/2 hours there was no excuse. Our meal for 4 people was $130. We were celebrating a birthday and this was totally disappointing.
