I frequent 7 Brew nearly everyday, sometimes the Cottleville location and sometimes the Wentzville location. Now, before I say all of this, I do want to acknowledge that I know they are constantly busy, and sometimes it’s hard to have a good attitude when you’re getting your ass kicked by work. However, The Wentzville location HAS to be the worst location I’ve ever experienced. The 2 women I experienced today in the line, one taking orders and the other expo, were so rude. No smile, no good afternoon, no have a good day, nothing. It was crazy how miserable and rude these employees were. And this is just one example! I experience this when I do come to this specific 7B location nearly every time. This just happened to be the worst interaction.

I rarely ever get my points when purchasing from this location. My drink is almost always wrong. And the workers never seem to have much enthusiasm about being there. I understand sometimes we all have off days but everytime i’ve tried to give this location another try somethings always wrong. I’ve gotten whole milk when I’ve asked for almond or oat milk numerous times (i’m lactose intolerant). While it just ends with a run to the bathroom for me there’s others it could be much more serious for, which is why confirming the order is so so important, which they almost never do.

I took my dog Nala for a pup cup on her birthday and the whole staff sang happy birthday to her!! ❤️ I am also in love with your sugar free menu, as other places have no SF or limited SF options. The staff is always so friendly and upbeat! TY 7 Brews Wentzville!

I order simple, but i love their products. Super flavorful. The employees at this location kick absolute butt. They are quick and SO friendly, even when its freezing outside. As soon as a line starts picking up, they are on it - coats and smiles and all! Great work!

This Wentzville 7 Brew location needs serious attention from both management and ownership. We’ve visited more than four times, hoping the experience would improve, but the issues have been consistent and can no longer be ignored.

Key concerns:
- Employees consistently give off a “I don’t want to be here” vibe.
- Wait times are unusually long—just to place an order, not even to receive it.
- Overall energy and engagement from the staff is noticeably low.

I also observed that if employees personally know a customer, they’ll laugh, chat, and stay engaged. However, for everyone else is the complete opposite. Employees hide inside while customers wait for their orders to be taken!

It’s often said that you have seven seconds to make a positive impression. Unfortunately, the team at this location seems unfamiliar with basic customer service principles—positive body language, smiling, or even acknowledging customers in a welcoming way.

I strongly encourage management to send this team to train at other 7 Brew locations that truly represent the brand. Columbia’s two locations, for example, are consistently upbeat, friendly, and energetic. We’ve also visited O’Fallon, Lake St. Louis, and several others in the area, and this location continues to stand out for all the wrong reasons.

After reading other reviews, I realized we’re not the only ones experiencing these issues. It’s clear this is an ongoing problem that has not been addressed. It’s time for management to take a deeper look and take customer concerns seriously—because there are plenty of other coffee options nearby.

I love 7 Brew. I have been going to the Monticello plaza in O’Fallon for a couple of years but when we moved out to Wentzville we were lucky enough to have one across the street! However almost every single time I go to this location customer service is short. I don’t necessarily need a whole conversation but just being nice goes a long way. I understand it’s cold/hot and you’re outside which is why I always tip! I’m grateful for staff being there and they always have what I want. I’ve even tried to narrow it down to people have a bad day. But I’ve had my card snatched from me because card reader is not working, I’ve been talked to multiple times in a way that is anything but friendly and today was it for me. it’s just not cool at the end of the day when you go somewhere to spend money and the customer service is low. I highly recommend the Monticello plaza location and hopefully this location can just get better. Location is great, they always have items and there have been occasional times where the staff are nice and friendly.

Got a creme brulee latte on my last visit and was very disappointed. It doesn't taste anything like what it advertises and instead tastes like a mediocre coffee with milk. I'm usually a very big fan of 7 brew and it's drinks, but this was a big let down.

My wife and I were there on 12/14 at 6:00 pm. The outer lane had four cars in line and no cars on the inside so we became number five thinking they were down to one lane because of the cold. Two other cars pull in behind us, seven cars total and no orders are taken. A car pulls in to the inner lane and gets helped immediately along with three other cars going through and we haven't even had our order taken. I speak to the closest person to a manager I could find and was told it was a first come first served basis. I feel I was ignored and handled very unprofessionaly. This incident has changed our opinion of this business. There are other coffee shops to go to

They are always amazing here. The service is great even in busy days. If it is ever slower than what you hoped for, give a little grace to them. They are out in the rain, snow or sun and they are always happy, friendly and obvious that they enjoy their coworkers and job. Frankly I love seeing it! I also love the creative drawings on the windows. I am so happy they are here! Job well done and great coffee too!!!
