I love the coffee here and this was not my first visit to a 7 Brew Coffee, however it was my first experience being ignored. I was traveling in my company van which does not clear ANY drive thru so I have to exit my vehicle at all restaurants/coffee shops. I stood there a good while, never being greeted however constantly being looked at. Needless to say, I left without coffee and highly disappointed.

I have no problem waiting in line for my coffee, especially on a busy Saturday. It is extremely frustrating though when my coffee is walked out to Lane one, but before handing it to me, the worker stands and talks to her friends at a different car for a good couple minutes while holding my coffee. I worked in the service industry and always learned customers first. I still smiled and said thank you but hoping this helps because I know there are some people out there that wouldn’t be nice about it. I love seven brew!

I pulled up to place my order.And the music was blasting so loud.She could not hear me and actually three times asked me to repeat my order.Finally, she put her head inside my car to get my order. I told her they should turn the music down.And maybe they could hear, and she just laughed at me. Playing music is one thing, but blasting rap music. With inappropriate language is another I will not return to this location. I actually have a video.

My gf and I love it here. Super friendly staff with an upbeat atmosphere, tasty drinks and quick service. What more could you ask for? I usually get the Blue Razz Energy Chiller and my gf loves her iced coffee with her customizations.

Went to the seven brew up the road. Had system error charged my card and gave me no drink. They said card not processed when it was. They got their money and I got no drink because I wouldn’t let you guys charge me twice.

I like the way the baristas walk the drive-thru queue line and take your order on a tablet. That's new to us coffee loving travelers. We've been to two 7 Brew Coffee locations and both so this. Kinda neat. Plus, their coffee is really great and their signature seven drinks are fun and different.
