Stopped here for dinner last minute. Food was great, and the service was excellent. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and attentive.

I tried the new steak nuggets. They are good but they come pre-packaged with no quality control. There's supposed to be 5 in a cup. I got 4 and a little scrap end. The employee said that's how it came and they have no control over it. Not a good look.

Pulled up to the drive up window this morning and a female employee was making changes to the menu. She said hi and went back to the sign. We then get an automated message that says they are closed. The lady then turns and says we don't open until 9:30. I informed her it was past 9:30 and she replied oh, I guess I am running behind and went back to the sign and offered no apology. Pretty sad that you can't even get the place open on time. Didn't have time to wait so I left with out placing an order.

Excellent service which is the best part of this Arby's location. Nothing wrong with food was as to expected from Arby's. But the service was on point.

Very clean store. Staff is friendly, kind and respectful. Food was fresh and accurate. Very rare to see these days. I will be back. Thanks for a good experience.

Rude cashier at the window. No customer service
The Turkey sandwich had what appeared to be pieces of a broken plastic fork in it that cut my mouth and hurt my tooth and presented an extremely dangerous choking hazard. All the food was very cold and had to be microwaved so not to get foot poisoning. The roast beef barely had any meat on it with just a little wad in the middle and nothing but bread all around it.
Usually this restaurant is fine, and i get stuff happens sometimes but obviously it's too dangerous to bring my family here anymore And I don't want anyone else to get hurt or sick.
Management needs to get this fixed quick because it appears this store is already struggling for business judging by the fact theres almost never a line at the drive thru and a lawsuit could be the end of this location for good.

Shrinkflation is real, folks. It had been years since I last visited an Arby’s, actually before the pandemic. All I can say is WOW. The sandwiches are MUCH smaller and MUCH more expensive. It wasn’t even good at all. Was still hungry after spending nearly $15 for a regular combo. Bottom line is I’ll never visit another Arby’s.
After reading other reviews of Arby’s in Wentzville, if they continue down this path, this will be yet another failed, boarded up business in the years to come. Hardee’s in Wentzville is a prime example. Quite sad really…

Wow. The manager in this store could care less! They will let you stand and wait endlessly. My granddaughter had a seizure in the store today and NO ONE offered help. Will never return.

This place is a dictionary description of incompetent leadership & employees. Friday, we dined in. Waited exactly 30 minutes. Food never served to us. I asked. They didn't believe me. An employee looked out at my wife's table to see if we were lying. They look in their register display, nothing there. I had the receipt. They go in back and discuss, I guess what to do. He returns to the counter and says something like, "we working on it." I asked for my receipt back. He says no. Girl in back says; give him a cookie. So their remedy was, me and my wife share a cookie!!! Now I am upset. Me and my wife are to share a cookie!!! At now 10 plus more minutes and still no order, we leave. I tell them ; keep my money. Keep my food. You eat it. I no longer trust them to serve clean food. We all know the rumors of staff taking revenge on customers. As we walk out the kid says, "But we working on it.My gosh, 45 minutes, it should be served, not still working on it.We were the only inside customer. And 3 door dash pick ups. A couple drive through window orders. They were not busy, infact it was rather slow.My wife and I noted that the parking lot for a Friday was empty, and everywhere else was crowded. Hence, that shows the local people know to stay away.
