Best Burger King I’ve ever had the privilege of driving through. Respectful, fast, food was delicious and looked appetizing. They were accommodating of my last minute order change at the window. Just good all around. Their only mistake was forgetting the napkins, but I forgot to ask for them so you know, no harm no foul.

There are lots of people working but nothing is getting done. It looks like really bad leadership! We will Never return to this place. 15 to 20 minute wait inside. Many customers are complaining! Wow!

The food was as expected HOWEVER, at first there was no one to greet me at the front counter to pick up my order placed through the app. Then when a manager ask a girl to get to the front counter she had a terrible attitude the entire time. I even asked her if she was okay. I felt very uncomfortable and very unwelcome in that store for simply coming in to pick up an order that I had placed through the app. A very small order that took little effort on her part at all but her attitude, tone of voice, and Body Language were very off-putting and made me very uncomfortable
This place is the absolute worst. The gal working up front is yelling at customers. Not just yelling their names to give them their order but yelling at customers. She forgot items from my party's order and when it was brought to her attention she lashed out. Do not come here.

Firstly, I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. It started with the most attitude about my passenger, ordering as I had to focus to get there, so of course someone else had to write down the orders. I have worked in the fast food service for five years it is not hard to listen to the passenger. In fact it is a normal thing on a daily basis. Their drive through is incredibly hard to navigate and hard to drive. when struggling to pull up to the window, the same lady who was older, and had a bob cut, skinnier, had the most horrible atrocious attitude towards us. This place is not centered around the customer as most places are aimed to be. The attitude is completely in unnecessary.

The lady working today who handed me my order was so sweet. . Older lady, glasses, short curly hair(she deserves a raise). She was joking around and had a smile on her face. I truly believe good vibes go far, the staff all seemed to be in good spirits, and our food was hot, veggies fresh and perfectly packaged 👍 thanks for feeding my family on this gloomy Saturday BK
