They had new cooks on the line. Accidentally sent me 8 T-ravs instead of 10. Counted them didn’t know how much it was supposed to be. Caleb answered the phone, I asked him “are there supposed to be 8 T-ravs in each order ?” He immediately said no it should be ten what was your order number? I told him and although I insisted I come pick up the other 2 he said he’d have a driver on my way with a whole new order in just a minute. Got here in 10 minutes. Amazing service Caleb...
The Manager Dominick was really awesome. I was a little frustrated because I called in and somehow my order was lost. Dominick immediately stepped in and I could tell he really cared. He apologized and made it right. Will definitely go back because of his great customer service.
