They do not take care of their outside employees. There is a heat advisory right now a person who works there did not get a single switch their entire shift. I was there today and I saw multiple employees inside leaning on counters and socializing. Take care of your employees!!!! It's a bad look for a place that's supposed to be christian based and notorious for being helpful. Apparently not to their employees!!!

I just moved to the area and have had positive interactions with all employees here, but my orders have been wrong multiple times. My family and I went to the drive-thru to grab breakfast before I had to go to work. The employee that assisted us was very detail oriented and repeated my order back to me twice. The drink I ordered was a large Sunjoy with light ice, which is what I paid for and what was printed out on the receipt. What I was given was a medium full of ice. I asked to have the drink corrected and what was brought to me was a large half sweet, half unsweet tea filled with ice. Unfortunately, I did not notice the drink was not correct, again, until I got to work. I understand the business is busy, but I suggest the employee who is giving the orders to the customer double-checks everything.

Clean! Very thoughtful touches for the kids— clean high chairs with Purell wipe and placemat waiting in the seat. Stepladder under the bathroom sink for kiddos.

I do NOT reviews unless I’m totally over the top happy or totally unhappy.

This place forgets food ALL the time and the managers do not know how to help with the issue.

I asked for the fries they forgot the last time I was there and it took an extra 10 mins to get a manager to get them approved. I finally said forget it and I’ll pay for the fries.

Guess wtf happened, not only did they forget the fries they forgot the last time, that also forgot the Mac n cheese and another order of fries.

He offered to give me the fries if I came back and he would give me a cookie for the issue!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me, a freakin cookie!!!!!

How about you give me the food you forgot and a freaking refund.

I spend $50-60 everytime we eat there, I’m feeding 4 teenage boys and myself.
Very inconvenient!!!!!!

Great food and the manager came by our table twice to ask if we needed anything. One of the best Chick-fil-A experiences. The only negative is that it was very busy which made it hard to find parking and a table.
