Horrible experience! This Chili’s will never get my money again. The worst part they don’t care! The food was not cooked properly. They screwed the order up! When I called the manager he said I will refund you a voucher within 24-48 hours. It was a $25 refund. Where is the rest of the money, my bill was $69.99. Please don’t waste your time or your money. This Chili’s is a joke!

We ordered meals for the whole family and picked up our order. Once home there was a mixed up orders with chicken fingers meals with chicken that was the size of chicken nuggets and wasn’t chipotle as ordered. Two smash burgers meals with no condiments and burnt buns. All with undercooked french fries. The buns were so badly burnt on both sides that they were uneatable. We spent almost $70 dollars for these meals! When we called to ask for the manager he said that the only thing they could do is send us a $20 gift card!

I’m sorry, but we will not be eating Chili's again. So pissed ! 😡

Had an absolute stud of a waiter the other day my girlfriend left mid date and said I’m disgusting because I ordered the cheese sticks Jonah noticed and brought 2 PLATES and covered my order said she doesn’t need me and I only needed the cheese sticks to be happy because they make in house ranch Jonah knows how to be an amazing server but also an ABSOLUTE LEGEND!!! Dude knew the whole menu better than anyone I’ve ever seen and got me hip on cheese sticks with dat homemade ranch!!! Jonah is an absolute legend in the food industry

The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth the price!
The restaurant itself was spotless, you can tell they really care about keeping everything clean and welcoming.

The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit.

Bottom line if you’re hungry and want to enjoy a great meal that’s worth every dollar, this is definitely the place to visit! Highly recommended! 🍽️👏

Mallory is THAT GIRL! 🤏 Her service was absolutely incredible, not only did she help us with any questions we had. She even went the extra mile by having genuine conversation with us and making it feel personal. She was extremely attentive to our needs, I never had to ask her for anything. She knew exactly what i wanted/needed before I did! While talking with her she mentioned that it was her first night working the floor by herself, and if she wouldn’t have told me I honestly wouldn’t have known. She did an outstanding job. I will be returning simply because of this lovely experience, and not just from her but the whole staff! :)

Mallory was OUTSTANDING! She was so attentive to our needs, answered all of our many questions, and made sure we had an overall amazing experience. She was so personable and made sure we felt cared for and welcome! She told us at the end that it was her first shift solo and we truly wouldn’t have known! 100/10 would recommend her as a server!
