Everytime I visit this location I’m told to come back later. Employees are always rude and don’t want to work. Could use a class over customer service and work ethic.

Hats off to this location! I travel regularly and eat chipotle a good amount. This was the best food I have ever had at a chipotle. Appropriate proportions also, chips were fresh and crunchy. Would recommend this location and eat here regularly if I was in the area.

Super excited to try, walked in and they were saying low on steak to coworkers. Got up to order the cook dumped some in and I think it was all the scraps. The worst quality. Chunks of fat and so tuff my wife couldn’t eat. I couldn’t eat the steak either. Chunks of fat and grisel. Just gross, rice wasn’t cooked very well at all. Just very disappointing when you spend this kind of money and throw it away and eat a PBJ sandwich instead.

Cook was absolutely ignorant dumping this steak in and serving it. Nasty 🤢

This is my favorite chipotle and I go to chipotles all around mid missouri. Great friendly staff, managers, and dont skeet on portion sizes typically (unlike most places). So happy to finally have one in wentzville!!!

Very overpriced for the quality of food. I was charged $20.63 for one chicken, rice, and guacamole bowl and a regular fountain drink. Service is not very good or pleasant. Food is very inconsistent, some days are better than others. I was able to get better quality food for half of the price at Qdoba as well as better service. Not worth the time or money.

Great food, I love Chipotle!!!!!!

I ordered a chicken bowl with large chips and guac. The chicken bowl tasted like it had been sitting out for over a day, and the chips and guac were inedible, overwhelmed by what seemed like two pounds of salt. I won’t be returning to this location. Spent $20 to just throw it in the trashcan.

What can I say, it's a chipotle. You know what you're getting into. My biggest frustration with this Chipotle is that you have to walk through the line to get to the bathroom, which during Peak business times is very inconvenient and awkward.
