I ordered three meals. I got home and found i was missing my onion rings. I called the store asking for a manager. A person came on, when I asked if they were a manager she said yes. Later she would tell me she was the store manager. I told her the problem to which she said she could replace the onion rings. I said I live about 10 miles away, I would like my meal replaced. She told me she could only replace the onion rings. We discussed this for a while, when I said, let me get a pen so I can write down your name. She hung up on me. I never raised my voice, used foul or abusive language or was disrespectful to her. Obviously, she was disrespectful by hanging up on me. I have many questions but most of all if she was standing behind her decision then why did she hang the phone up when I asked to write down her name?

I am very disappointed in this experience and hope to hear from someone soon. I have been a customer for many years and what i learned is my only mistake was visiting this afternoon. The store made the mistake and the inflexability as experience from the store manager proved the adage of buyer beware. Is this the experience you want your customers to feel?

By the way, my meal is ruined because for what I expected to be a quick phone call to the store, was lengthy along with posting a message to customer service. Now my burger is cold, and I still don't have my Onion Rings.

This is a double with lettuce and mayo .. I wanted a single deluxe. This is two times in a row, such a simple order they got wrong. Irritating.

Usually their food is great quality which we really enjoy. Yesterday’s experience was not ideal. Buns were smashed and old. Fries were not cooked throughly. We ordered one meal with no bun and it was received with the cheese completely stuck to the paper.

For a not busy Monday evening My order was completely wrong. I received items that did not go with what I ordered and did not receive what I ordered. Too tired from work to drive back and complain. What we did get was subpar which is unusual for this location. On a side note the staff that helped was very nice and service was quick.

The guy at the counter had no idea what he was doing, argued with us about what we could or could not order (same thing I’ve gotten every time I’ve been there) and was consistently rolling his eyes every time we just tried to work out what was going on. Everyone else was amazing and the food was great as always
