It's been awhile since going here. We went for breakfast. Our server (bartender) - Alissa was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive.

We stopped in for dinner on Tuesday night. The temp outside was 87 and it was pretty warm inside too. However, the waitress (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) directed us to a back room and it was just cool enough and we had it all to ourself. It would have been easy to forget us but the service was great. Could not ask for better service and the food was good too. We were tired, hungry and I was on my last nerve and we almost turned around when we were hit by the heat. I'm so thankful we didn't because the service changed my whole attitude. I'm glad we stopped in and tried Dabears.

The husband says the porksteak and fried potato salad was best he's ever had. My sandwich was good. Crisply toasted and fresh.

I spent $86 on takeout. Got a phone call from them as soon as I got home informing me they forgot to pack my 4 salads. It wasn’t worth the trip back so I told them not to worry. Unfortunately all 4 steaks were over cooked. The ribeyes, their most expensive steak paper thin and tough. The baked potatoes were extremely underdone. Not a single item of food worth my time or money. Called to speak to a manager, no manager on site at the time. They took my name and number and said a manager would contact me later tonight. Employees were polite and empathetic to this disaster but I will not be coming back. One and done.
Update: Doesn’t look like the manager is going to call me back 🤷🏻

My family was not greeted for 10min after arriving. We were then asked 3 times what we wanted to drink by the same waitress. Our food was then not put in until we asked a different waitress to please check on our order. It then was not put in correctly. The waitress only checked on us between delivering our food. All while we watched her go outside for a smoke break and us not have all the items we needed for our meal.
Great breakdown. The staff was very friendly. Overall, it is a great experience every time.

First time at De Bears 11/14. Each of us ordered hamburgers thinking can't really screw that order up. Condiments placed on wrong hamburgers, my order of medium came out well done while other hamburger was between medium and well done. Friend ordered no cheese but got cheese.
