Store manager "Caden" was incredibly disrespectful, condescending, and offered zero assistance. Instead he made sarcastic excuses. The individual who answered the phone has no business answering calls with zero customer service skills. Caden was beyond unprofessional in his conversation, and should be both ashamed and fired for his actions. This store is a disgrace to the name of Domino's.
Order was placed at 5:59 p.m. My receipt said delivery 37 to 47 min. Tracker said food was being quality checked at 6:47 p.m. At 7:15 p.m. I called to check status. Individual said food had come out of oven about 10 min. prior and was waiting a driver. Should have in 15 min. 7:59 p.m. I called again to check status.
