Our food was not ready in a timely manner we still had to wait employees don't look very happy sandwiches barely had any meat mostly bread and vegetables. They need to either add more meat for the same price or lower their prices

I had one of the best subs of my life! The Jamaican Jerk Turkey, I had one last night, and I couldn't stop thinking about it, I came back today and got it again. Also, the place it's self and the people that work there are absolutely welcoming and inviting!! Very impressed!

Order no tomatoes, allergic! Got tomatoes and all the manager Henry said is the next time I come in they will make me a free sandwich, well of course you will because I paid for it! Told they don’t give refunds called corporate and they said the store has to issue refund! Henry your an idiot and shouldn’t be the manager

My wife put the order in and I went and picked it up. It was missing my wife's sandwich. I let them know and they argued with me. I eventually got them to fix the problem and paid the difference. I was there when my wife ordered and FHS tried to tell me what my wife ordered and I corrected them.
It was disrespectful from the guy who handed me the order.

I was in the Wentzville location on April 8th after the eclipse. The fellows working there couldn’t have been more pleasant. They were knowledgeable about the menu, went out of their way to make me happy. You guys made my day! Thank you!
