Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I usually always go to this Freddys restaurant in Wentzville. I usually get good food and good service. tonight when we went there, they said the lobby was closed because they were shortstaffed. OK I get that. We went to the drive-through. It took us over 30 minutes just to get to the window when we got to the window. We were given Small drinks even though we had ordered mediums they said they were out of medium and large cups but they still charged us for a medium drink. My food was cold. The order was completely wrong! when I ask for my change after paying he said all he forgot but he’d have to get someone to Open the register so I ended up leaving without my change. I usually really like this restaurant but it’ll be a long time before I go back there again after getting such awful service.

The French fries were soggy and the oil they were fried in tasted like it was 6 months ago.

Food is always fine but inside is dirty and staff are rude

They ran out of what we ordered after we already paid and then gave us a substitute that cost significantly less and didn’t refund us. Wack. You’ll be hearing from my attorney.

So good always a favorite stop.

This place was good at everything. Now the service sucks.the food is good. The atmosphere is absolutely dirty i went in there at 3:30. There should be no reason why the sweet tea was half done. The tables where gross. I was going to sit in there and eat. And had to leave. There was a manager's talking. Not helping or clean. I am all for giving everyone a chance to work. And the place is gross. I started at dine in and took it for take out

Horrible waste of real estate- The service is so bad your fast food experience turns into a 40 minute wait in the drive-through for terrible food and no escape out of the drive-through From there, slow terrible customer service because they make it to where you can’t leave

I love their crew! They're always so welcoming!!!! Always busy and get my order done swiftly and correct! The ice cream keeps me happy!

They still advertise the Chicago dog but no longer sell it. Only reason I went there was for a Chicago dog and had to order something different because you can't get out of the drive through
