i came to fritzs tonight with my friends and ordered a small chocolate concrete with cheesecake. i got up to the window and saw a worker mouth “what r they wearing?”i was handed a vanilla concrete instead of chocolate so i kindly asked the worker, kailyn porter, for a chocolate instead. she then rolled her eyes, sighed and said okay. it was very off putting and rude. if u r working at a frozen custard place, please be a nice person.

My family and I had gone through the drive thru. First off we tried to ask a question but the lady couldn't really hear and didn't understandwhat we were asking. Not her fault. They were busy. We each got our ice cream, concretes. It was so melted and like soup you couldn't eat it with a spoon and we didn't get straws. We were not happy at all. They were supposed to be thicker, as that's what we were expecting and ordered.

We stopped in tonight for the first time at this location. I used to live near the one in Twin Oaks and it was always packed in the summertime. We shared a concrete and it was terrific! It would have been nice if it was frozen a little bit more solid, but it was really good, so no complaints. Maybe this location doesn't get as busy in the summer evenings, but it seems like more than one picnic table would be a good idea. There are several benches to sit on, but only one table. A friendly counter girl took our order and our treat was prepared super fast! We would definitely come back again.

Parking: There's parking all around the building.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are definitely welcome here.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and the parking lot and restaurant are on the ground floor.

My mom loves this place. Hadn't been there in awhile. I took her this weekend. $18 for 2 sundes that had less custard than a small cone. I asked for no cool whip and add peanut butter topping. No peanut butter and lots of cool whip. I took it back to ask for my peanut butter. I got a small drizzle and they tried putting more cool whip on. The custard was also about 2/3 melted and took forever to get. My mom's on the other hand got peanut butter that was not supposed to be there and same small amount of melted custard. Won't be going back.

I was born in Washington DC and grew up with a great mom &pop frozen custard place.
While driving cross country through Missouri We saw the sign for Fritz and I am so pleased we stopped!
Wonderful place excellent frozen custard and very nice employees!

Ordered 5 concretes, all soup. None were with hot toppings. Been here many times and have not had anything like it. Was a let down and believe it may have been a bad night.
