Had the signature turtle sundae that was excellent. Here's the thing, it has the perfect amount of chocolate, caramel and pecans to have a little in every bite of the ice cream. No skimping necessary. Fritz's is always delicious! We went the first week of opening season and all was delicious! The drive thru moved quickly. We were a bit shocked on pricing, seems to have gone up but has t everything? I do wish they offered a smaller kiddie cup of concretes but we will of course return.

The employees are always kind, helpful, and hardworking. The area is kept clean and tidy. I like how they have the option of low-fat vanilla. However, after trying the concrete off and on for 9 years, I almost always get it half melted. I stopped going but really want to love it.

Just moved and was given a free coupon for a custard. Went back home and found they didn't add the toppings requested. Incredibly disappointing, and probably won't ever go again.

Love this place, our favorite treat to ourselves. And even though the menu board changed they still make nutty buddy concretes for my wife every time. Going to miss them when they shut down each winter but it's definitely a good reason to enjoy while they are still

Great service and ice cream but will say this last time my junior Sunday was very skimpy. Both on ice cream and topping. The topping was almost nonexistent. Normally give 5 stars but this time have to give a 4. Still love this ice cream!!

Love this place. The frozen custard is top-notch. Fritz's has a very large section of flavor combinations, and they use real fruit.

Terrible customer service! My group arrived at the Wentzville location 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. There was a short line and several other groups arrived after us. We placed 4 separate orders. One group was served quickly while the other three groups waited over 20 minutes. We finally approached the window and were told that they "must have lost our post-it". Our orders were made quickly and given to us at 10:05 pm. We sat to eat and at 10:10 all of the lights on the building and on the patio were turned off. At 10:12 employees came to the patio to clean up and hose down. At 10:13 a girl leaned out the window and said "We closed 13 minutes ago, you need to leave". I reminded her that we received our order late and were just finishing up to which she responded, "If you don't leave now, I am calling the cops", which I invited her to do. At no time was an apology offered for the mix-up but rather the employees and the girl who seemed the be the acting manager were annoyed with us. She even told the employees on the patio to start hosing down so that we would get wet and leave. Absolutely terrible for mediocre custard. I reached out the company directly to avoid a public review but never received a response. We will never return and have told everyone that we know. Take your business elsewhere.

Went to Wentzville location to get a slush. Received half full cups and my orange flavored slush had all kinds of black things floating in it. I don't know if the ice machine was filthy or if the bottle of orange flavoring had something in it. Very disappointing - wish there was a Doozles' near Wentzville.

We stopped in for a quick treat with the family. The service was terrible, the orders were messed up and untimely. One of the orders was a turtle sundae and it was delivered with a half sized portion and no pecans. One of the concretes I was handed was basically milk and the others were on the verge. I asked for the completely melted concrete to be remade and was told there was no more custard to remake the order even though I could see it coming out of the machine and they were actively taking more orders. There was also at least 5-10 minutes between each of the 5 items we ordered (only to be handed melted custard anyway). There’s no organization or collaboration between employees to deliver quality service.
