Employees have no sense of urgency and wait time for food is far too long! Starts with management.

We ordered take out. I ordered an omelet with a side of banana foster pancakes. The pancakes were delicious! The omelet was good, I just wish they had swiss cheese as an option. My husband got the breakfast burrito, which was okay. Not enough salsa.
What was exceptional at this ihop was the lady who took my order. She was friendly, kind, helpful, and competent at her job. I wish I had gotten her name.

The only reason for two stars is because the chicken strips in the chicken and waffles plate were good. But the other two meals we had were not. The eggs were burnt, the avocado was missing, they were out of hamburger bums and the place was a mess. It took so long to order and even longer to get our food and the place was not full. They were clearly understaffed for
A Sunday and if the cook was experienced then they didn't care about the food they were sending out. They either need to revamp or shut down.

We were there a couple of Saturdays ago (WENTZVILLE) and the hostess was kind but who I assume was the manager on duty, not so much. When we were asked who was in our party and we responded four adults and two children we got the dirtiest look from her. When she walked us to our table, she was tossing the menus down to the end of the table instead of placing them down. The food took forever to get and we understand that everyone is short handed right now but a couple of orders were not that great. Fast forward to today, the 8th, same manager, same attitude. Don't know that I will be going back to that location any more.

Service was slow.
Took 40 minutes to get food.
Server wasn't around much due to her boyfriend was at table across from ours.
Had to ask for more coffee and other items.

Where do I start? Hair in my hash browns. I asked for and was charged for the seasonal topping on my french toast... got plain blueberry. Ordered the chocolate peppermint pancakes..... pancakes themselves looked nothing like pictured and tasted terrible. Unlikely that I will be back. The server took a whopping $4 from the $24 bill but was not very attentive overall. Waste of money, will not be back.

Good good, but they never butter the toast and that's so disappointing. They put a dab in the middle and the rest is dry. :(
