I had an issue with my DoorDash order, and had to returned to the store to speak with a manager, Raj was amazing and had great customer service. He fixed my order without an issue. He was so nice and respectful. I really appreciate his help!
Stopped for a Thanksgiving meal but they didn't have turkey so I settled on a breakfast lunch. Worked in a pinch!

Service was great! Food was delicious. Our daughter has a major food allergy and we were able to find many options for her and she loved her meal, didn’t leave any on her plate! Our waitress, Layla was so sweet and attentive. Cannot wait to come back for more! Best IHOP we’ve been to. Restaurant was very clean too.

We got to this restaurant and sat down immediately. They took our order fairly soon after we sat down. After 45 minutes, we had to wave down the waiter to ask him where our food was. He went to check on it and came back to tell us the computers were down and they couldn’t make food. Which was strange, because people around us were getting served. We never did get our drinks either. At that point we left. Can’t rate the food as we never got it. We believe the waiter didn’t get our order in and didn’t take responsibility.

me and my man came in for some breakfast on a sunday morning, around 9:30am, the host sat us very quickly and then walked off and it took about 20 minutes for somebody to come by and take our drink order. our “server” was kind, but very unprofessional, poorly dressed, and visibly scatter brained. we didn’t get straws with our drinks nor did we get silverware after our food was delivered to our table. the food wasn’t bad, but overall the experience was unpleasant. i’ll give it to them, they were really busy, but that’s restaurant life so it’s hard to excuse.

I usually don't write reviews but I think this is animal fur in my pancake??
My husband and I never had a problem having breakfast at this location but today we had the worse experience.
I ordered the “2 crepe breakfast “with eggs and hashbrowns and was told it only came with the crepes for $12.99.
I thought that was crazy so I ordered the 4 crepes with strawberries and when I received it the 4 crepes had nothing in them with 4 cut strawberries on top. I asked the waitress why and she said that is the way they come. I asked for the manager and she said the same thing. I couldn’t believe it!!!
Then we received our bill and they said cash only bc the machine was down. We usually never carry cash but my husband had the amount due.
We will never return to this location! The manager and waitress really had no clue about the menu.
We left stressed out and upset over this whole matter!
