I was in Wentzville overnight.5 stars: I grade them against similar equal establishments. I don't grade them against a black tie fine dining restaurant.This review. Saturday 13 April. Breakfast.What a pleasant experience as compared to my evening before of the Arby's fiasco, also in Wentzville.Now IHOP was;Clean place.All staff are happy and friendly.Food is really good.Order was delivered surprisingly fast.They kept me supplied with coffee.They worked as a team.I just can't say enough about how they did their job. They represented Wentzville and IHOP, very well.

Our server, Legacie, was fantastic and the food was wonderful. Most iHops Ive been to have been declining but this location is bussin. Thank you for a great breakfast.

Extremely rude service. My mother picked up a to go order yesterday. There were missing food items and all the pancakes were burnt, and the hashbrowns were hard. She went back to the restaurant to fix the issue, one of the items was the newyork cheesecake pancakes that came with strawberries and they tried to argue that it did not was going to charge my mother for something that should have already been included. They gave her the other missing items but charged her for the hard hashbrowns. We go here a lot and have never had this type of experience. Usually when something is missed on our order they're extremely nice and willing to throw in things for the inconvenience. That's not the case this time, and we will definitely not be returning.
Horrible experience today, took almost 10 mins for someone to even come to the table. Got the wrong drink then took 20 minutes to get the drink after asking the server for the correct drink. Took about 10 minutes to get a side of ranch for the Nashville hot sandwich that should've had ranch to begin with.
Went in around 2115 yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious. Prices were much higher than I remembered. The server was not very attentive. I understand that it was later, but we were one of maybe three tables.
