Staff can't wait till their next smoke break and will act annoyed when you pull up to order if they're smoking outside. Fries were raw reheated and old. Girl wouldn't let me finish ordering just kept interrupting asking if that was it while I kept ordering. Trash littered all over premises. Lobby closed both day and night. They will sometimes tell you they're only doing online orders only but if you try to order online it won't let you. Absolutely shameful representation of jack...read full review
Went to try to grab a “Quick” dinner. We were in line for over 35 minutes. When we finally got our food it was packed to the rim causing the bag to break and our fries for our daughter fell everywhere. They did not replace the fries. Forgot our burger. Finally got that. I get its fast food but we could have went and sat down for the time that it took. It makes me sad because we don’t have a Jack in the box at home but it’s not worth the time and or money to stop any more.
We went there tonight ordered a sourdough jack instead of getting what we asked. We got a buttery jack. We called and it went to what sounded like a fax machine. Disappointed yes
