It's finally closed down for good!!!! The worst rated jack in the box in the country has finally folded! About time!

ordered a NUMBER 13 the ranch chicken sandwich. we waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru only to receive the number 12, the cluck sandwich. we went back through the drive thru to explain what happened some lady yelled from the back “THAT IS THE RIGHT SANDWICH” after explaining that it wasn’t because we ordered the homestyle ranch the young man tried to tell us it was in fact was we ordered he said it was the number 3. they remade our sandwich, giving us yet again the same incorrect chicken sandwich. we said we were going to come inside as we’re pulling out they said their lobby was locked. long story short don’t waste your time, or your money, they have no idea what’s on their menu anyways.

Loved the food, everything that could have gone right was right. Not one issue.
Went to drive thru last night and when we got to order box. I was told that they aren't taking drive thru customers. They were only accepting Uber driver orders. While we were discussing why only Uber orders were being fulfilled, they could have entered my order in that time. They stated again they can't take my order and there is only two of them. There was already 5 or 6 cars in the drive thru who were all stuck in the line for approx 10 minutes (we must have been behind an uber) as there was nowhere to exit. Finally got to the window and told them they need to close the drive thru or put up some sort of sign and they said then how would the Uber drivers get their orders?!?! Wasted 15-20 minutes stuck in line and no food, with 3 employees all standing around visible by the way. I had a slightly similar experience there a couple weeks earlier and said I would not to return to that location. I should have listened to myself.

Girl wouldn't let me finish ordering just kept interrupting asking if that was it while I kept ordering. Trash littered all over premises. Lobby closed both day and night. They will sometimes tell you they're only doing online orders only but if you try to order online it won't let you. Absolutely shameful representation of jack in the box company this store needs a visit from corporate
