Staff can't wait till their next smoke break and will act annoyed when you pull up to order if they're smoking outside. Fries were raw reheated and old. Girl wouldn't let me finish ordering just kept interrupting asking if that was it while I kept ordering. Trash littered all over premises. Lobby closed both day and night. They will sometimes tell you they're only doing online orders only but if you try to order online it won't let you. Absolutely shameful representation of jack in the box company this store needs a visit from corporate

I pulled up an hour before close. The guy said over the drive through intercom "we closed" and when I pulled around by the pickup window there were three people behind the counter vaping and laughing.

Was going to stop and get some breakfast at 3:30 am. Went through the Drive-thru and no one answered. Drove around front and the guy is sitting there sleeping at the tables.

This place has to be one of the saddest excuses for a fast food place, cant get am actual order right and miss a whole sandwich, and the wait time from speaker to window is atrocious, whoever is running this location needs to step up with their staff cause thid place is severely dissapointing

Clearly too lazy to do their jobs and dwant to serve as few customers as they can I went at 11:30am on 3/16/25 what should be in the middle of their lunch hours and the dining room was closed. Looking in they had a full staff behind the counter.

We waited 40 plus minutes in the Drive-Thru with five cars ahead of us and two behind us. When we did get to the window the lady was very nice and our order came out very quickly but it was only four tacos. Literally 40 + minutes for 5 cars ahead of us and while we sat in front of the second window there were two male employees one kept coming back checking a phone charger and plugging his phone into it and then he would go away in 5 minutes later come and do it again and then there was another one who was near him that they were chatting while we were all waiting in line. The mail that kept checking his phone then went into the little office sat in a chair and looked at his phone all while we're all waiting 40 plus minutes for food

I've tried six times to order from this particular restaurant. Every time it's a fail. They're either closed during regular business hours or refuse to take my order. Literally I've been told they're too busy putting a delivery away or not to order very much or they won't make it. Of course this has been over the last three years so I'm sure there's been a change over in employees. Makes me wonder if it's a management problem?

Pulled out the Tacos, and it looked like someone ate half of one of them then threw them in the pouch... Maybe I should call St Charles County health department and file a report!!!

Forget it. The worst place to go ever. 8 minutes per car in drive thru, there were only three cars in the drive thru and it took 24 minutes to get food from when I I gave my name at the speaker and I placed the order on the app so they didn't have to do anything except take my name and when I got to the window they still did not even have a clue what my order was or who I was. The food was awful, threw a lot away, tacos were broken and contents all oner in baggy and the burger was so sloppy and greasy I almost couldn't eat any of it. I don't know why I ever go back to this place to see if it has improved. It's obvious they have no plans to bring this group up to and acceptable standard. Late back from lunch because of Jack's policy of delivering an even worse experience than any of the rest of today's fast food.
