Placed an order for pickup and paid in advance. Got there, food was ready and the bag was stapled closed at the top. Got home, one of the sandwiches was a turkey instead of the tuna ordered. Mistake, get it. Called the manager and asked for a refund for the one sandwich which was refused. Store credit only. I will never order on line and pay in advance again from this establishment. Round trip 45 minutes during rush hour.. they should issue a refund for the inconvenience and wrong sandwich and they need retrain their staff. Low opinion, be aware and at the very least open the bag before you leave.

When your slogan is freaky fast, you should strive to check that box. Waited 20 min (along with 10 other people) for a sandwich.
No large orders, no catering orders, just people working incredibly slow to make a sandwich.
I about offered to make it myself so I could get on with my day.

I ordered a club lulu. A little over 1/4 of the sandwich had no meat on it. I went back to ask if they could add enough meat to cover the sandwich. I was told it is corporate policy that they are only allowed to put a certain amount of meat on the sandwich. Got a refund for my food and won't be back.

I love jimmy johns but this location is the worst! The attitude of the employees working there makes it ten times worse than the food quality. Last time I went here they forgot lettuce on my sub. No biggies went in got it on the side. Today they gave me a Turkey Tom with no Turkey and the teenage girl working behind the counter decided to come to the front and interrupt my conversation with the man working the register, rude as hell. She took it personally that she messed up my sandwich I guess lol. She was acting as if I couldn’t get a refund and annoyed if she had to remake the order. I did get my refund but won’t be returning to this location again. Check your employees jimmy johns😂

Ordered 3 giant #7 spicy Italian sandwiches got 3 giant tuna. I'm not sure what is up with your staff. This really pisses me off. I will not eat at Jimmy John's again.
I ordered my food and it was ready when I got there. There was a quick in and out. The bathroom was clean. The food service area was all cleaning and the workers were friendly.

We went in for bread on 11/11. The worker grabbed the bread to ring us out. The manager literally snatched it, very unprofessional, and said, “Nope, I’m not selling fresh bread, it’s the weekend”. There was a lot there, this has never been the case at any other Jimmy John’s. Horrible customer service!
