I placed a delivery order at 5:30pm. I waited until 7pm to call and ask for an update. The kid on the phone said they couldn't find a driver and they called to tell me but couldn't get ahold of me.

Great service from the two ladies working there it'd be nice if they put a little more meat on the sandwich so the bread doesn't overwhelm what's in between

Placed an order for pickup and paid in advance. Got there, food was ready and the bag was stapled closed at the top. Got home, one of the sandwiches was a turkey instead of the tuna ordered. Mistake, get it. Called the manager and asked for a refund for the one sandwich which was refused. Store credit only. I will never order on line and pay in advance again from this establishment. Round trip 45 minutes during rush hour.. they should issue a refund for the inconvenience and wrong sandwich and they need retrain their staff. Low opinion, be aware and at the very least open the bag before you leave.

No large orders, no catering orders, just people working incredibly slow to make a sandwich.
I about offered to make it myself so I could get on with my day.

I ordered a club lulu. A little over 1/4 of the sandwich had no meat on it. I went back to ask if they could add enough meat to cover the sandwich. I was told it is corporate policy that they are only allowed to put a certain amount of meat on the sandwich. Got a refund for my food and won't be back.
