Recently attended their Easter brunch and they should not do brunches. They are not set up to execute them well. As a former restaurant manager, I was concerned by the lack of temperature control on some of the food offerings and many of the food did not have its own serving utensil. As a sports bar, they are fine but this is not an area where they excel.

We sat down to the table to find these filthy, wore out drink menus propped up to see. The buffet offered was priced reasonably. I went through 8 plates before I found a clean one to use at the buffet. Even the one I chose I found smashed food on the bottom. There weren’t tongs for all dishes being served. The food was mid depending on what you selected. The server actually asked for an extra ketchup that was given to another person at our table to give to another person who needed it. He then didn’t come back and 3 people shared the single ramekin of ketchup. Took forever for refills and some never received them. The server brought a lemon out in his hands for my MILs tea. They charged 20% gratuity automatically which is fine if it’s a clean, quality, good service experience but it wasn’t. Overall very disappointed in the experience.

It was our first time in and we will definitely be back to try some other options. The atmosphere was nice, service was great and the food was fantastic! Would recommend the meatball sandwich, house salad was huge and the truffle Mac and cheese was so good!!

The outside area before you enter the building is filthy. They don't provide very many healthy items or substitutes. The thing that really irritates me is that they charge a convenience fee of 3.5%. You are already expected to tip 20% and now the company is requiring an 3.5%?

The atmosphere was probably the best thing. Out of the 6 of us that went, nobody liked their food. The waitress brought us our food and never came back to see how things were, if we needed anything or to see if we'd like a drink refill. Very disappointing experience and we will not be back.

One of the worst meals I have ever paid for. Steak was served cold, burnt Brussel sprouts, no potatoes. Extremely high priced for this type of food. Texas Road House will never worry about this place as

I have to say I have eaten at this restaurant before the food was fairly good. But I made a reservation for this restaurant to celebrate a birthday through Open Table for Monday March 4 at 7pm. I got reminders of my reservation throughout the week, on Sunday, while sharing the menu I noticed the web site said they were closed Monday and Tuesday. I called multiple times to verify which was correct the only response I got was a generic voice mail. I actually wasn't even sure I had the right phone number. I sent a message through Open Table but didn't get a response. This is definitely poor customer service.

This places' set up is very impressive. Dog friendly. Perfect location for nice weather. Hard to see but easy to find with GPS. The Mussels Appetizer was Magnificent!!

Like several others, we reserved a table, drove 45 minutes to get there, and they weren't open even though their hours listed them as open. Last time we try them.

This place needs to be avoided like the plague. Me and my husband have dinned here a couple of times. Each time was great, service, food, and atmosphere all great. However, I've since learned, after I stopped by for dinner on Valentine's Day, that my usual server as well as MORE THAN HALF of the staff (servers, hostesses, managers, cooks, etc.) have quit due to the negligence and unprofessionalism of the owner. Not only are the employees expected to work when they haven't even been paid the correct amount or at all, there is some talk going around about what this person likes to do after hours. Can you imagine the unbearable things you would have to go through working under this establishment ? I've heard servers say they have been there since opening and didn't leave til 9pm or later, how are they going to work these kinds of hours and not even be sure if they will get paid for it. We will not be returning after learning this information. There is no logical reason to continue profiting this business after this issue. If I could leave ZERO stars....I would.

My husband and I made reservations for Valentine's Day since they had a really good Special advertised. Our reservation was for 6:15PM and we arrived at 6:00PM. We were told that they had several walk ins and seated them and did not take into account those who made reservations. We were told that it would be at least an hour or more before we would have a table. They did give us 2 $10 coupons for our inconvenience however, i did notice that there were several larger tables set up in the back rooms where they were honoring the reservations for those with a larger group. I was really looking forward to enjoying a nice Valentine's Dinner with my husband and was deeply disappointed that we were not accommodated.

Made the reservation relatively far in advance. We made a trip to St. Louis from Cincinnati for our annual anniversary hockey trip. Dinner here on Wednesday then Blues game Thursday. We drove 50 minutes from our hotel downtown to get here. Got stuck in Lent traffic around the block and arrived at 6:02 for a 6pm reservation. Waited in line to be checked in (angry lady at counter) Once it was our turn, it's 6:09 and I'm told my reservation was cancelled at 6:05. I said I've been here and it's 6:09. She said there is nothing they can do. They overbooked the restaurant and are not accepting walk ins but she had a coupon if I wanted to come back. I explained it's our 22nd anniversary, we are from Cincinnati and we drove almost an hour to get there. Nothing they can do. Went across the parking lot to a bbq place instead.
