I first contact with the Junction City as to make reservations and when I called the young lady didn't know how to use the reservation system nor did 4 other people she asked so she sent me to open table to book my own reservation. Then when we arrived. Their were s verbal workers at the end of the bar but it took a awhile for someone to great us but was finally seated outside. Once seated we took just a few minutes to decide what we wanted but was never greeted or even acknowledged by a waiter. Everyone else even another small group that came in before was taken care of right away. But after 20 minutes we decided they were not interested in taking our order or even getting us something to drink so we left. This is the second time I've been there and very disappointed.

We sat outside. Apparently they don't have any coasters? We spent the entire night, mopping up the sweat from our drinks on our table exhausting tons of napkins. When asked about coasters, we never got answers although we could see them sitting at the bar? Very dirty outdoor area crumbs and foods— fries, chips all over the chairs and floor, and no one seemed concerned about picking it up? Service was average. Food has always been above average. The atmosphere and the food keep us coming back. But man, I wish they'd clean the place up.

Great place for a beer, terrible spot for a brunch or special occasion. Overbooked, under-staffed, patrons underserved, buffet under stocked. Disappointing.

We went at 7pm on a Friday. Party of 4. The outside was full and the inside was fairly empty. The drinks too a really long time while the food was really fast. Dinner was served and they forgot to bring the bottle of wine. By the time we finished our food they told us they ran out of the wine bottle. I don't understand why they were rushing in the food when there were a lot of tables open for future customers. The food was good. Service was terrible. If I come back it would be during the week.

Went for Mothers Day Brunch and was disappointed by the buffet, the food was mediocre at best, nothing phenomenal or even worth remembering. The set up was inconvenient and really seemed like no intelligent thought went into the entire event. “Eh just put some food out and charge a bunch, include the tip so our servers don’t get mad at the clearly unsatisfied customers” the “assorted desserts were a disaster, some no one wanted to eat and then others by the time you got into the buffet room it was gone. Additionally, why in the world they put a buffet for a giant amount of people on a high traffic day like Mother’s Day in a tiny room, with a line directly in front of the bar and the kitchen doors, is actually beyond me. Literally zero thought of logistics or function. I had only heard bad things about Bret Hulls and I was hesitant to try it at all. If I were you I would go down the road to stefaninas instead, family/locally owned and recipes from scratch. Then you won’t have a sore butt from the uncomfortable chairs at Bret hulls and your wallet and stomach will be a little fuller.

Was there this evening with my family for Mother’s Day. Unaware they were only serving brunch but decided to give it a shot. Food was abysmal. Catered to 10 and 12 year old kids. I was told that the tilapia that seemed to be the only adult dish on the buffet was no longer available and they wouldn’t make any more. Rest of the food was old. I’ve been here before to eat from the regular menu and it’s decent. Drinks are good and outdoor patio nice. However, I will never go here again based on the buffet they served and the customer service which was not stellar.

Terribly overpriced Mothers day buffet. Totally not worth it. Wait staff slow and they all just stood around. We had reservations for rooftop and were told that it was shut down. Never again!

We had Mother’s Day reservations. They over booked and were not able to accommodate people. They were yelling at people in line waiting for the non existent tables.

Went there for Mother's Day dinner yesterday around 5:30. Told when arrived they were only serving their Mother's Day brunch. Not thrilled with bacon/eggs as a dinner item but decided to give it a shot because I've eaten there before with their regular menu and it was ok. Well, I was wrong. Most if not all items geared towards a 10-12 year old(Chicken tenders, fries, eggs, bacon, ham, waffles, and mostaccioli just to name a few items.). Those items were old and dry (not fresh). The purported adult items consisted of pasta con broccoli without the broccoli, carmelized brussel sprouts that soggy and not crunchy, and chicken drum sticks. Very old and stale. The tilapia which they had available earlier was no longer in supply and they announced they were not making anymore. A lot of servers there that seemed to be standing around. For the amount I paid which included a 20% mandated gratuity was a rip-off and big disappointment. This experience has soured me to the point that I don't think I'll ever go there again.

Went for the Mother's Day brunch. My mother's enjoyed themselves and said the food was good and they would go again. It was $150 for 3 buffets and 1 adult beverage. I booked the rooftop and they told me it wasn't a option when we arrived. Disappointed but still a enjoyable experience. Great environment and our waitress was fun, helpful and attentive. I recommend ?

The Buffet is not worth the price-- they overbook and the line is overwhelming! The desserts were a mess! The Staff were very courteous, helpful & accommodating though! Bartenders & Hostess's were amazing! I will go back when it is order from Menu and not the Buffet.

Mother's Day brunch was highly disappointing. We had to wait in a 25 minute line to get a buffet. Many items were not available at the time we went through the buffet. I myself had three separate dirty plates before I was able to secure a clean one. The manager came over and asked us how our meal was and I explained how disappointed I was. He said OK. Turned around and walked away. We were charged 20% gratuity for four people for a buffet where we served ourselves. Additionally, we were charged a 3% convenience fee, whatever that is. I do not believe we will ever return to this establishment.

We had a 1145 reservation and got there at 11:45 wasn't seated until 1220 was told to wait in a line that was from where you had the food out the door and towards the parking lot
