Just got a chicken sammich meal it it was pretty good. This place is pretty good but slow with the service. I’ll go back though. I love those fries

We arrived and there was maybe 8 people in the restaurant and went to order and they proceeded to tell us they were too backed up and that they would not take any orders. There was hardly anyone there. We asked if they knew how long it would bevand they wouldn't give us an answer. Horrible staff and service!

Went through the drive through and ordered a 16 piece family meal. That's a lot of food. I don't know who taught your employees how to bag an order, but they stuffed everything into 1 bag. The employee brought it to the truck just as one of the handles broke, spilling gravy all over the steering wheel and seat of the truck. The employee went back in and brought out another bag and 5 napkins, so at least we were able to smear the gravy around and ensure that the steering wheel was sticky and disgusting. Maybe train your employees that it's OK to use 2 bags. Or even three.

We returned to this location hoping for a better experience. We ordered the same thing and specifically asked for the order to be placed in 2 bags. They, AGAIN, crammed everything into 1 bag, except for the gravy and tenders. They put those into a second, much smaller bag. Do the people that work here have any sense at all???

It seasons the fries or else it gets the hose again!! And driving into the road to go wait back on the other side of the bldg is just not ok. Otherwise, good kfc.

The staff doesn't care because the management doesn't. My daughter loves chicken and this is the chicken place but getting good food here seems impossible. You either get fast old food or slow service of crispy chicken with all the skin falling off. The fries being edible is also a gamble. They are just taking peoples money with lousy food and begrudgingly at this point

Told to pull back out on the road and come around to the other side...why? Guess they had to kill the chicken. Lol
