Removed the only good item (popcorn chicken) in 2023 and now they don't even have the decency to put the right business hours. Says they close at 11 came I'm at 10 and they were closed. Wasted a whole trip and ruined my appetite, thanks

I am usually really understanding when it comes to food service, but this KFC is always the worst. The service is always slow and you will spend 5-10 minutes just sitting at the drive thru speaker before they take your order, and then another 20 minutes waiting for them to make it. It's the same if you go inside to order at the counter. I've only ever seen 2-3 people working there at a time. If they don't have the people to staff it, they need to only have either the drive thru or the lobby open, not both.

Food made my entire family sick to stomach & vomiting. 2nd day tried to eat left over piece from fridge instantly sick again. Skin was removed from chicken & laying in bucket. 16 pieces shoved into 1 small bucket. Coleslaw was sour & warm. Biscuits were all destroyed in tub. Received no butter or honey & asked for it. Servicer at window was very nice & respectful but the food was 100% trash & highly upset. Tried contacting store & got hung up on. KFC you need to do better. You lost a loyal customer

I'm very happy with ordering from this store , regardless of their average score.
I arrived after placing an online order and my order was coming out as I arrived. The estimated time for it ready was spot on. Next, the place was extremely clean. Thirdly, the staff is friendly and appear to ve enjoying their job.
Summed up, you need to give this place a chance and definitely better scores.
