Placed an order online for pickup, 20 minutes after my pickup time they asked me what I was here for and started making my food. They then proceeded to ask me 5 more times what I ordered. There are 2 people working here and I cant imagine either one is a manger cause they both look like kids.

I order every Wednesday at the same times and there always seem to be children who do not know what they are doing behind the counter with 30 minutes to an hour wait even if you order ahead. This time the children were running around but no one was actually making any food.

I have photos of the disaster we call tonight's dinner. We ordered a deep dish pepperoni, an order of crazy puffs, and the obligatory order of crazy bread. My husband picked it up and the pizza looked as if it had exploded inside the box, the puffs were flat, and all 4 were melted into one puddle and the crazy bread was not cooked all the way and was dough in the middle. Being from Rolla, this is the first time we've had little Caesars from wentzville. We are absolutely disgusted and it goes without saying UNIMPRESSED.

Best pizza I have ever had! I came in to grab some dinner. A very nice teenage guy took my order and was very polite. I think his name was Jeremy or something like that. My pizzas came out in less than 10 minutes and looked absolutely amazing! Another teenage guy gave me my order and asked me if I wanted any parm or crushed red pepper or any sauces. Very polite, I’m 90% sure I think he said his name was Andrew. This Kaylee manager seems like she knows what she’s doing and knows how to run a store very well. What amazing service!
Why is the pretzel pizza so incredibly inconsistent? Every once in a while it’s perfect, we get the pretzel crust and an appropriate amount of cheese sauce. Most of the time, it’s like they forgot cheese sauce & just put salt on the regular pizza crust.

They’re under new ownership and I can see the major difference! The employees there are hardworking and try to get you in and out as soon as possible! My last 3 visits were amazing and I have no complaints. I don’t know what the general manager has done with this store but she’s been putting her work in!!! 5 star for crew!
