The service was great, but it seemed like one young man was doing it all, including cooking. The pizza was under cooked and some -i ordered 6 - over cooked since the crust was burnt. Atmosphere - yes, there was an atmosphere I think we'll stick with dominoes.

This is the SLOWEST location. It took 20+ minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready to actually be ready. Food quality is often hit or miss with this location as well.

Went in just to get crazy bread. Asked the cashier if she had any ready. She looked and said yes we have one left. So we paid for it and she went to get it and it wasn’t there. We both had seen it in the warmer. She yelled to the girl in back and said where did it go? The girl replied, I need it for an order someone is picking up later. The cashier said I need it now for these people here. The girl shrugged her shoulders and said, don’t worry there’s more coming in less than 5 min. So, we had to wait for the crazy bread we had just bought that she had taken for someone who wasn’t even there. Bad customer service. Can’t believe the way customers are treated these days, sad.

Got two orders of cheese sticks and it was clearly old dough. Barely risen and looked so bad. Ordered light sauce and extra cheese on my pizza and all you could see was sauce all around the edge so they clearly just pushed it all out. Went to get a remake but since they argued with me I just got a refund and went to another establishment.

There are two things this place sells. One of those items is a pepperoni pizza with pretzel as the dough. And the other is a terrible pizza. One of those you can get any day of the year and one of those arbitrary comes and goes.
Lil' C, get it together man. I know this may be rough to hear. But you know what else is difficult? Chocking down that dough of yours you call pizza crust. I've done plenty of the latter so you can sit here and listen to what the people have to say...
You need to get hip with 2024, I've already modernized your name. That was the hard part but I think I nailed it. Well I know I did. ALL you have to do is put pretzel crust on the menu permanently. It has earned a spot to be there and the people want to see it. If you need to make room on the menu literally take anything else off. Hell take it all off. Nobody will care. All we want is to see the GOAT shine from that menu board in all its glory.
Food was over cooked, service was slow and they were not busy. Charged an extra dollar for sauce, depending on the day cause, I didn't have to pay for it the last time I visited there. I was told sauce came with it free? Very confusing. This store is very filthy top too bottom and the ovens, electrical wires are exposed and coming out of the walls that just didn't look safe.
