We love Lulu's! Have been coming here shortly after we moved to Wentzville in 2005!! We would rather support local small businesses over larger chain businesses and we love their shaved ice and custard! They just started making dirty sodas and I had the Butterybeer dirty soda and it was awesome, nice having something different!!
Every single time I order a CONCRETE they give me a sundae. Concrete is more expensive. This has happened to me TWICE. Menu is confusing and overwhelming. Honestly the ice cream is very mid and overpriced. Not coming back again tbh

Terrible ice cream. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and it had hardly any hot fudge. I’m not kidding when i say McDonald’s ice cream taste better.
I’ve been to Andy’s, silkys, the normal ice cream places in st. Charles and this place sucks. Will not take the kids here again

I’ve been looking for a place like this for years! It’s the very fine shaved ice, not the super crunchy cheap stuff. They have a bazillion flavors and they actually taste like the flavor, not just like sugar water. They also have Dole Whip which won me over.
