Just ordered food for pickup through the drive thru lane. Very disappointed the Italian sandwich was falling apart and super soggy. We also didn’t receive any napkins. Very upsetting to get food for lunch break real quick before everything closes and end up with sloppy overpriced food and no time left to go get something else to eat or to even return to get a refund.

Multiple issues and complaints to the managers at this location finally ends my visits UNLESS they can convince me otherwise.
1) I go in today and order my usual (pick 2 + a drink). I have 2880 rewards points and the lady tells me I don't have any points that I can use on my order. Last I checked , 500 points gives you a FREE drink. 2) The lettuce was brown and didn't look very appetizing nor did it taste right so that went to waste. Less than a half a sandwich and pickle spear wasn't worth what I paid. IF a manager or someone would have asked how things were, I probably wouldn't have left this review..

There was a manager with tattoos and long hair (I didn’t catch his name) screaming at the kitchen to hurry up and get the food out so they could “get all the customers the hell out of here” he didn’t realize I was near the counter after ordering. Keep in mind this was an off hour and not busy at all. Didn’t create a great environment and it was clear the workers were uncomfortable but trying their best. The ladies that took my order and brought my food were great.

Everything was outstanding: staff, food, cleanliness. Only one complaint and that was the music. It was rock and roll from the 70s and was too loud. It was distracting.
A zero star review would be too good for the manager Sean. I came in tonight to pick up a DoorDash delivery, and stood at the counter for a couple of minutes while he took inventory. I tried to get his attention, to which he looked over and then went back to doing whatever it is he was doing. One of his cashiers had to yell for him to get his attention. I said can I get my DoorDash order, he asked me if I could wait. Keep in mind, the customer's order was sitting there waiting to be picked up behind the counter, getting cold, but whatever was in this box he was counting was more important I guess. He finally looked up and puffed and then slammed the order down on the counter, forgetting the woman's drink I was there to pick up. I asked for the drink and then told him sorry to make him do his job. He then chased me outside screaming for me to give him my name. I happily gave it to him, to which he said I'll be sure to call DoorDash and tell them about you. I said by all means, and I'll be sure to contact McAlister's and tell them all about you. I'll also tell every customer I can along with anyone else who will listen that ordering a pick up from this location is not in their best interest.

Food is pretty good for the most part. BUT BEWARE OF UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. My daughter spoke to the general manager of this location inquiring about a position, he enticed her with an offer of 13.75 an hour. She was looking for 14 + tips and felt it was close enough. She asking if this pay was before or after gratuity. She was told before, so 13.75 + gratuity. After ceasing her search for a job and accepting this one she was told filling out paperwork it was minimum wage and that if she didn't make at least 13.75 after gratuity they would cover the difference. Bait and switch is what that is. So the next time you eat at any McCallister's don't tip at all because they don't actually get the tip, the establishment distributes the tip where needed to cover the guaranteed hourly rate that exceeds minimum wage.
And to top it off, when she called him out on his lies he told her not to worry about working there and hung up on her.
Everyone needs to remember these businesses need good workers. If your a good worker take your good work habits to a company who isn't deceiving there potential workers before they even start.

My mom and I ate here on Monday and it was delicious. McAlister’s is my go to lunch spot no matter where I’m at. My mom was visiting and we both thought it sounded so good. The lady taking out order was so nice and the gentleman behind the counter was as well. The food was delicious and so was the sweet tea. I love the grilled chicken club and the country potato soup. You can’t beat it!

I love the Chipotle chicken and bacon Spud. Unfortunately, my order has been wrong the last few times. Today, I got no bacon on my Spud. I got black olives.. ugh. After picking off the olives, I enjoyed my lunch. However, I wonder why no one's addressed the will I or won't I get a piece of paper in my next bite? My favorite game is trying to remove the paper from under my Spud. Which leads me to ask? Why do they put the paper under it?

Food is great but we went on lunch break from work and it took 45 min just to get through the line and get food. Had to take the food to go.
