We come to this location at least twice per week for lunch or dinner. Always great service and the food is really good.
**My only complaint is when you order extra dressing on the salad - it costs $1.00, but sometimes they give you 1 extra cup of dressing, other times they give you 2. When I asked a manager how many extra cups are included in the $1 upcharge, she assured me it was 2, yet somehow they consistently put only 1 extra in the window orders. For a $1 charge...

McAlister’s always has great food. I was in with my family yesterday and received the absolute best customer service from CiCi. It’s not common to get average customer service, and even more rare to receive exceptional customer service. However, CiCi was so kind, patient and helpful. She was also very cheerful and social. She really stood out with her positive attitude, kindness and her happiness to help and truly seemed to enjoy being a part of making someone’s day better....
