Waited 20 minutes for a kiosk order, others in lobby talking of waiting 30-45 minutes for their orders. Staff disorganized and stressed. Appeared to be plenty on staff, just poor leadership this evening. Review manager training videos and try again tomorrow. Had to leave without my food.
