I am not one to complain… but I ordered a chicken biscuit this morning for curbside pickup & waited over 30 minutes before I had to go inside and grab my order that was just sitting on the counter & this is what I was served. I am not kidding when I say this chicken has to be from the day before.

Paied and waited at the next window for 10 minutes with not a single employee even acknowledging me. Finally after 10 minutes had an employee come up just to tell me to pull to the side and wait. Horrible communication and customer service.

2025 Update: Rude staff and there is never anyone up front to help customers with issues. They also like giving out the wrong order, fries that are at least 30 minutes old, and get pissed off at customers when they bring it up to them.
Previous review: This McDonald's should not be considered fast food. Drive thru routinely takes 15 to 20 minutes.

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. I've been there all days and all times - no difference at all. In addition to being slow, they're notorious for messing up your order. You can bet on that.
Now, there are two options in Wentville for McDonald's. The other one is at Wentzville Pkwy down where it meets 61.
I hope this new one cares about timely service and accuracy in your order.
Vegetarian options: Salads, desserts, and shakes are vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: You can request any sandwich with no bread. And they'll do it for you. I wouldn't recommend you do it at this location though.
Parking: The number of spaces is limited.
Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's. Their great at Kid-friendliness. Even at this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: It meets code.
