Loved this place! Not too big or chaotic. Actually had a guitar player in the corner playing nice music - not too loudly that you couldnt converse. BBQ was delish!
Just ok. Nothing stood out as excellent. Bit pricey for what you get. Nice atmosphere. Waiter was attentive and personable. Would not hurry back.

I visited this spot on a whim, hungry after a workout and I'm so glad I did! It popped up on Yelp with great reviews so I stopped in. The service was great and the food came out fast. The smoked Turkey was super flavorful and tender. Definitely try the spicy house bbq sauce on the turkey and the baked beans. Chefs kiss. The greens weren't my cup of tea. They weren't bad, just was missing a little something for my taste. I would definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

Ordered two slabs of ribs and a brisket meal. You only get one very small side for an entire slab of ribs. The baked beans were good, and the other sides were average. What was very disappointing was the meat, which is the main reason for going there. The ribs had a decent flavor, but they were so dry! The brisket's flavor was just ok, and was also very dry. Duke's BBQ was packed, so I thought I would try this place. Not sure I will go again, but maybe they just had a bad night. The staff was nice and the to go order was fast.

Ordered takeout tonight 2/24/24. Online order was easy was and on time. Unfortunately after getting home and serving the brisket and pork belly, we're both under cooked. Neither could be cut with a knife. Sides and chicken were good/average. Wish they would not serve meat not ready to eat. Wish I had checked my order when I picked it up..

Had the burnt ends, and they were rubbery. I couldn't even eat my food. it was what that bad. My husband had the brisket, which was also rubbery but not as bad. Staff was friendly and place seemed nice but unfortunately it was not a good experience. We did est the wings as an appetizer and they were good, not a lot of flavor but was still good.

Second visit to Wentzville, MO to try some BBQ and another 5 start joint found! Old Town Smokehouse (OTS), in Wentzville provides BBQ fans a great experience with reasonable prices. OTS has a very casual decor with a historic vibe. Our visit Saturday afternoon had plenty of seating available but the afternoon rush was quickly filling up. Our server was quick to take our drink order while providing Happy Hour specials. We tried the onion ring appetizer and very good and a great portion. We also ordered a local draft beer as well as a mango margarita. Both were very good tasty. OTS has all the usual proteins and side dishes you expect to find in a BBQ joint. We normally prefer a large meat platter and try as many side as we can. Brisket, ribs and pulled pork is was we started with and then complemented the meal with Mac and cheese, collard greens, potato salad and coleslaw. Everything was delicious and very filling. Server was very attentive and tables were serviced quickly. OTS also has live music on weekends til 10pm and does draw a large crowd so make sure to arrive early. OTS can accommodate large groups, but recommend calling ahead to check if reservations are needed. If you're in Wentzville and looking for great BBQ, try Old Town Smokehouse. You'll be amazed.

Just left there went there for my husband's birthday dinner. Food was great. Prices were good. It was clean and the waitress was amazing. It was a really nice.
