Only reason I come back is because the menu is amazing. Never get any of the sauces, utensils, or a good attitude. Sold out of a lot of things too an hour and a half before closing.. so make more..
Not exactly sure what the point of placing a pick-up order is when I arrive 20 minutes later and still wait longer than everyone inside in line. Ridiculous

Ordered through the drive through with Apple Pay said my order went through and told me there would be a wait on the beef and broccoli I asked how long would the wait be she said 10 minutes so I told her I would wait where she told me drive up to, ended up waiting 30 minutes just to go inside and find out the ordered didn’t go through and no body told me I had to find out on my own and then once I payed for it once again after waiting 30+ minutes came back to my car looked at my food and my order wasn’t even correct.

The worst tasting Panda I've had and I frequently enjoy Panda. The orange chicken had absolutely no flavor. While the lo mein had a nice amount of cabbage, the noodles were very dry and had no flavor. We also took our order to go because we were just driving through. It wasn't until we got down the road that we realized they did not give us any utensils. 😑

Nate is the goat, if you see a man with red dreds please tip him he loves tip. Nate knows how to do a backflip as well. Great service. Also look at faze rug and my Minecraft base

We had a family group of 9 people in the drive thru tonight. We had a complex order that was changed after it was finished. They filled the order so quickly and it was perfect... the best response experience we have had in recent memory! The food was delicious with one child reporting eating his vegetables first! We were very impressed. Great job Panda!

Staff was friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. Location was clean. One little dirty area, but the staff handled it quick. One of the best Panda Expresses I have visited.

My daughter and I just visited the Wentzville location for the first time and had a great experience. The food looked and tasted fresh and the service was great. But what really impressed me was the cleanliness. Too often the dining areas in most quick service restaurants are left messy and unattended but not here. While we were eating a young woman appearing to be the manager came in and immediately directed the crew to areas needing attention. She moved carts out of the way and pointed to areas above the grill that she thought needed attention. ALL crew members were doing something to the clean up in some capacity. I am impressed and will return. I saw that she was VERY friendly and attentive to customers.

We went through the drive-thru and I ordered mushroom chicken and it clearly says on the receipt mushroom chicken. When I got home it was most definitely not mushroom chicken and it was something very spicy that I could not eat. The food might have been good if I was able to eat it. I could not bring it back because I live 15 minutes away I did not have the time to go take it back as you can see from the pictures you can see they definitely gave me the wrong food. This is not the first time this has happened with this location

This is the chesterfield location. I had bad service before. I went in around 6 pm, and I ordered food, but I was told I could only order from the food available and they weren't going to cook anymore food. Today, I ordered half and half for rice and noodles. I was told it was going to be 10 minutes waiting on the noodles. I told the person that I would wait. I sat down in the dining room. After a few minutes, I saw they were serving noodles again. I went straight to the cashier to pay for the food since I had already waited in line when I first ordered. The cashier told me she did not have any orders. She asked the person serving the food, and he told me I had to get in line again and reorder. It's not a good service.
