My daughter and I just visited the Wentzville location for the first time and had a great experience. The food looked and tasted fresh and the service was great. But what really impressed me was the cleanliness. Too often the dining areas in most quick service restaurants are left messy and unattended but not here. While we were eating a young woman appearing to be the manager came in and immediately directed the crew to areas needing attention. She moved carts out of the way and pointed to areas above the grill that she thought needed attention. ALL crew members were doing something to the clean up in some capacity. I am impressed and will return. I saw that she was VERY friendly and attentive to customers.

We went through the drive-thru and I ordered mushroom chicken and it clearly says on the receipt mushroom chicken. When I got home it was most definitely not mushroom chicken and it was something very spicy that I could not eat. The food might have been good if I was able to eat it. I could not bring it back because I live 15 minutes away I did not have the time to go take it back as you can see from the pictures you can see they definitely gave me the wrong food. This is not the first time this has happened with this location

This is the chesterfield location. I had bad service before. I went in around 6 pm, and I ordered food, but I was told I could only order from the food available and they weren't going to cook anymore food. Today, I ordered half and half for rice and noodles. I was told it was going to be 10 minutes waiting on the noodles. I told the person that I would wait. I sat down in the dining room. After a few minutes, I saw they were serving noodles again. I went straight to the cashier to pay for the food since I had already waited in line when I first ordered. The cashier told me she did not have any orders. She asked the person serving the food, and he told me I had to get in line again and reorder. It's not a good service.

The food here was absolutely delightful. The flavors were delicious. My favorite are the apple pie rolls. And the employees are the absolute best! There is this one handsome young gentleman in particular who was extremely polite and hardworking. He took my order quickly and got the food out to me in a speedy manner. Although I could tell he had been working a long shift, he treated all the customers with kindness and exemplified good customer service. The restaurant environment was also peaceful, and I sat inside for a while to eat while working on schoolwork. 10/10 would recommend and go again.

Its 8:40 pm you dont close til 9:30 so why can't you get a flavored tea ? And limited to like 3 or 4 menu items to choose from.Lots of food places to choose from, you need to remember that people will go elsewhere.Was not friendly.Wentzville location. Rice was dry no sauce on orange chicken

Just now 1-27. I came through drive through and ordered specifically 4 bigger plates, 2 bowls with orange chicken and noodles, crab ragoon and 2 egg rolls. The gentleman in the drive through repeated orders specifically,.. I pulled into a parking spot to ASAP check my order. I received 2 kids meals that I didn't order, no crab ragoon that I ordered ( gentlemen at drive through repeated) as well as no sauces and I could go on.. I took my entire order into the restaurant with my receipt and the manager was VERY rude to me took the incorrect order part( that's ok because I didn't order that) proceed to belittle me about you should have ordered correctly.. I explained again, I just need what I ordered and she expressed to me I had to pay the difference. Unacceptable. I already payed almost 70 dollars for my order. Avoid this establishment period!

1 Star This was, without a doubt, the most horrendous experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. First, the food was an absolute disaster—stale, greasy, and clearly left under a heat lamp for hours. The orange chicken, their supposed signature dish, was soggy and drenched in an overly sweet, sticky sauce. The fried rice was dry and flavorless, and the portions were insultingly small for the price.
But the worst part? The staff. When I politely pointed out that my order was wrong, they became extremely rude, verbally insulted me, and even tried to pick a fight. Their attitude was shockingly hostile and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was filthy—sticky tables, overflowing trash, and a strong stench of old grease.
This location is an embarrassment. If this is what Panda Express considers acceptable, they’ve got a massive problem. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs!

The NICEST young man was so pleasant at the drive thru window. Super fast on the order delivery and I think there is a generous serving in the "bowl" portions. It's definitely enough for 2 meals for me
The broccoli is not mush, nice and crisp in the beef and broccoli bowl. I maybe think it could have used a piece or two more of the beef. Plenty of fried rice and broccoli.
It could have been warmer, I pulled over and ate it in the parking lot and it was only warm.
All and all, I would definitely order it again. Good value for the money.
