Drive thru often not open and when it is there is a 30-40 minute wait WITH ONLY TWO CARS IN FRONT OF ME THAT HAVE ALREADY ORDERED! Are you kidding me? Very few employees working. Self-order kiosks broken. One guy taking orders from a very long line. Food I liked no longer available. Cookies are rarely available. Life is too short for the aggravation. Carbone's RISE plan is going to be too little too late. Maybe sell Panera to Dan Cathy (Chick-fil-A) and let him show you guys how it's done. I don't think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes for an order at Chick-fil-A with twenty cars in front of me. What you're doing now isn't working. Close it up. Figure it out. Re-open when you do. Save us all the stress. Stop looking out only for the stockholders and start looking out for the customers. Then the stockholders will be rewarded.

I’ll be honest the place was a little small, but the atmosphere was good and the customer service was fantastic. Me and my mom went there for lunch and it was a really good time. I will say that they need to work on their lemonade the lemonade it it was something was wrong with it. I don’t know what was wrong with it, but the lemonade was not good at all, but everything else was good. The parking lot has plenty of spaces so You won’t have any trouble parking. We only had to wait maybe five minutes before we could order and then it wasn’t too crowded. I do recommend this place if you wanna go just for a nice quiet lunch or dinner checking out.

Not sure if it was from lack of people working, but coming on a Saturday morning to walk in, the dining area was closed and forced to use drive through- that was unfortunate (we have kids).

We ordered food and had to wait in long line for drive through just to pick it up (apparently should have choose drive up, but wasn't sure that was an option or would even work due to the closed lobby).

Got our food (because it was ready), but then still had to wait because they forgot to make the latte drink.

Then, when we opened our food: the avocado toast literally only had avocado (or lack there of), some lettuce greens and huge chunks of feta- no tomatoes or green goddess dressing; the asiago sausage and egg bagel sandwich didn't even have the sausage on it.

I saw the 3.8 rating on google maps, but generally Panera is pretty good, but I should have heeded that red flag and not come, nor will I want to in the future here because of all this. Very sad because I love Panera and this was supposed to be convenient (and healthy alternative to regular drive thrus).

Waited in line 25 mins, didn’t even get a whole sandwich I paid for. I got half and paid for a whole $10 sandwich. A bunch of inexperienced teens running the place

Drive through is the slowest it's ever been, multiple occasions it's been so long people have gotten out of line. I only ordered 2 drinks and a bagel, it took over 20 minutes.

Avocado toast has gone downhill. This was the second time it was like this in a row. It was my go-to snack stop with a Chai Tea.

I went inside to place a carry out order. I was so surprised by how great the older staff was. Jim who took my order was super nice. The woman who actually made my order and handed it to me was super nice too. It was great seeing older individuals working there with a positive attitude that really knew what customer service was and seemed to enjoy their work. Plus my order was right- my favorite which is the strawberry chicken salad. I tried getting them at two different Panera's in Columbia and they either never had the ingredients and once the salad they gave me wasn't correct and it was disgusting. I had given up on getting my favorite salad but was driving through and got it.

Looked on the menu for a few minutes for the egg souffle but couldn't find it. I stood at the cash register for 5 minutes ignored, I called out to 3 different ladies. The fourth one said it was her first day. The lady who finally helped was rude and short with me. I left. I tried to explain why I was leaving but the older lady walked off....! I don't ever eat here and was reminded why. I got door dash from here yesterday and was given chips instead of a baguette and my sandwich wasn't toasted. Way too many employees for such poor service.

Ordered at kiosk - then not all food was on my plate when I picked it up at the counter. They said I needed to go to the front to get the rest of my food. Apparently they don’t know how to complete orders and provide all your food at once. Every other Panera can do this but not this location

Citrus Punch tasted fermented and like alcohol. Very gross. $20 for a bowl of oats, a breakfast sandwich, and a large drink is GROSS.

The food was great, everything on our order was correct, but the staff was exceptional. Jim was a sweet pea, and the brunette girl with braids cut our apple for our toddler. Everyone was really nice.

The place is kind of a pig sty. Almost every table is dirty, with food and trash on the ground.
