They were able to make a large order for pickup with less than 24 hours' notice for our class party. The manager was really nice and ensured we kept the pizzas warm for their party. I will definitely be using them for future class parties!
Dietary restrictions: We had a student with gluten intolerance, and they had an option for her to be part of our class party!

Ordered delivery for a pay per view no one knocked on my door no one called the phone number i left. Pizza was left outside in the rain. Completely unacceptable will never get pizza from this location again

Papa John’s Pizza is probably my most favorite Carry out pizza joint, but the customer service here is an absolute joke. You walk in and aren’t even acknowledged. The last time I was there, I literally walked behind the counter and grabbed my own pizzas off the rack After standing the for 10 minutes and not being acknowledged, and just walked out and nobody ever said a word. come on Papa Johns, get this Store together!

The food is good as always, it's pizza. The app said my order was ready and when I got there I waited about 35/40 minutes while I saw pizza after pizza leave the restaurant. It wasn't the best experience and I won't be returning. The girl at the front was nice and apologized but sorry doesn't cut it. You should have just gave me the pizza for free at that point for wasting my time.

I have been seeing the ads for the stuffed garlic pizza. It looked amazing and I've never had papa johns. so I decided I'd try it. looking at the menue I seen they had the other little crispy pepperoni like Markos pizza. So you have to order LG only wanted Med. I ordered reg. pepperoni, crispy pepperoni, n onion. I figured between both pepperoni 's there would be alot.
Let me say I was highly disappointed. I spent $30.00 for that pizza.
The crust I thought would taste garlic as advertised, No! Crust was soft n soggy. Toppings very little. They show pouring on garlic butter, well thats them giving one little tub of there garlic butter. I love pizza, this tasted n reminded me of Dominios. I like my crust crispy. it seems if you want a decent good pizza in Wentzville stick with Imo's. I'm so sorry I spent 30.00 for this. Marcos is way better n cheaper more ingredients!

I’m 8 months pregnant, wanted some wings, and got food poisoning. It hit almost 3 hours after I ate. I was throwing up sick for 12 hours, had to call my ob, was close to going to the hospital. We called and told them our experience just for them to tell us that they had no other complaints ( like there going to admit to that) my also 2 year old had a bite from one of the wings and was sent home from daycare as well!! She was pooping and had a really bad stomach ache! All signs of food poisoning!! This place is Trash. Also tried to tell me that food poisoning takes 24 hours. No it doesn’t. My DOCTOR told me it can happen as fast as 30-45 mins after eating. These people won’t when refund me for half at least. They know there selling bad food.

Papa John's is so much better than it was say 5 months ago. There are a lot less employees there but the employees are wearing uniforms and appear so much more professional. I ordered online and was able to pick up my order in about 17 minutes. Excellent service. The manager greats me with a smile. And most importantly the food is good and my order was correct. Great job Papa John's! I see you! Thank you!
