Me and my siblings checked in to order a pizza, the staff currently working does not care about the customers and keeps chatting on their phone, and we waited for five minutes before we left to Dominos, the order wasn't even started then.

Don't bother paying extra for extra cheese they won't even put a normal amount on there, lazy place of business. I live 2 minutes away but I'll probably just go to lake saint louis from now on. This is the second time they've done this. Thieves

They were able to make a large order for pickup with less than 24 hours' notice for our class party. The manager was really nice and ensured we kept the pizzas warm for their party. I will definitely be using them for future class parties!
Dietary restrictions: We had a student with gluten intolerance, and they had an option for her to be part of our class party!

Ordered delivery for a pay per view no one knocked on my door no one called the phone number i left. Pizza was left outside in the rain. Completely unacceptable will never get pizza from this location again

Papa John’s Pizza is probably my most favorite Carry out pizza joint, but the customer service here is an absolute joke. You walk in and aren’t even acknowledged. The last time I was there, I literally walked behind the counter and grabbed my own pizzas off the rack After standing the for 10 minutes and not being acknowledged, and just walked out and nobody ever said a word. come on Papa Johns, get this Store together!
